Did I miss something? Did we hire an Offensive Coordinator or are we going to assemble a staff without an OC?

uh oh...seems we are having the same problems landing coaches as we did when we tried to land Whosyourdaddy...it appears until we have something done in the way of a QB...it will be a struggle. either that, or these would be OC's are not liking what Les is cooking, as far as offense is concerned...this does not look good...GO VIKES!!!

Well that defense will have to be the best to ever play the game. First we were looking at the qbs coach from Atlanta, a team that was the only team in the NFL to not produce a play of 40 yards or more. Now we are looking at the rbs coach from the Colts, who have ranked in the 28th to 32nd spot in the league. All we have yet to do is secure Matt Millen as GM.

Sorry it's because of Colt McCoy. I got a feeling all our OC candidates want the Vikings to commit to drafting a QB in the first round.

Seems to me as if Leslie is just picking up all of "his buddys" instead of assembling a staff of competent coodinators

...you could be right...wasn't he available for us as well last draft?...the second part of your post, has me wondering if they plan on doing just that or doing more QB recycling as in McNabb...man...i hope not...we need to fix this thing once and for all...i know drafting QB'S doesn't guarantee anything...but sheesh...the recycling program is even worse...here's hoping...GO VIKES!!!

Sounds like Frazier is only hiring black coaches. Where's the Rodney Rule? Why on earth would a guy who's Rush offense ranked 29th in the league in rushing, with 92.7 yards per game get a job offer???

Bringing in a guy thats been in one system for 19 years? sounds a bit sketchy! I hope we aren't entering into a rebuilding phase. This team can still win now!. QB, some secondary help and trade the fat on the O-line for some talent. Retain Ray Edwards and Robison, and get rid of Madieu, Berrian ($10m between the 2 of them!).. retire fat Pat. and above all, SIGN AD TO A HUGE EXTENSION!!
Keep Bevel. He's a good OC that was stuck under a bad leadership structure. May be too late for that..

Possibly because in previous years, where he actually had talent that was not injured for most of the season, they were a top rushing team (faulk, Rhodes, James). Did you forget we have AD?

Big deal, the Vikings will finish dead last in their division next year with no QB or offensive line and no DBs Vikings are doomed forever
