This loss falls in ROMO's hands. He is still throwing games away by his dumb play. Where is the first year ROMO now? Other than ROMO's dumb decisions the rest of the team played well.

I am a die hard Cowboy fan, but the COwboys are a better team than what the Giants showed, but with too many turnovers, nothing will ever get accomplished. People were expecting the Cowboys to lose by a lot. I think Romo needs to relax more and get with the program. Other than that, defense held its own except towards the end. You can no win with 4 turnovers that ended up being 24 points. Well, I still love them Cowboys and we can hope for a better game next time. Also, what happened to the defending champs?

I agree. However, as long as Wade Phillips is the head coach we can expect more of the same. Who is going to hold Romo accountable for his mistakes? Though early in the season, this game was important as a meaure to see how Romo would play in a big game situation. Remember, T.O. was let go (deservedly so) in order to make the Cowboys a more "Romo friendly" offense. Again, under pressure Romo didn't deliver. Do you think Romo would have performed so poorly under Parcells?

Nope, on that same token I don't know if Romo would be playing under Parcell. They should have stuck with the running game, that was working extremely well.

A true fan sticks with his team through the good times and bad! Even if you don't like the personel. I can't stand Jerry Jones and think he is classless, but I am a Cowboy fan. I did not agree with them signing T.O. especially with the Star incident!

I am not defending Romo's mistakes, but this loss did not fall totally in his hands. The team was set up to win and the Giants went down field to kick the field goal. Romo wasn't the one defnding at the end. Granted the running game and defense kept the Boys in the game, they still had to plat the whole sixty minutes. There needs to be improvement everywhere!

Good point. They have an extremely talented group of running backs. Also, Bill and Wade have two very different styles of coaching. I believe someone needs to hold Romo accountable for his mistakes and I don't believe Wade will.

Now do you believe that Romo cannot win the big games? What an embarrassment to Jerry Jones and Cowboys. Romo will never take the cowboys to Super Bowl. He is inconsistent and cannot stay focused. He lost the last game at Texas Stadium and now the first at Cowboys stadium. During this offseason Romo claimed that this year he was going to take a more responsible role as the leader of the Dallas Cowboys. He just didn't say exactly when.

Good point. The defense choked
completely on the Giant's last drive. I will say the element of luck was on the Giant's side. An interception off of a foot? When's the last time that happened? Ratliff deflects the pass on the last drive and Giant's receiver still manages to catch it. Still, Romo deserves most of the blame in this one. 21 points off of his turnovers alone.

Luck? The ball was intercepted and run back for a touchdown. The luck was with the cowgirls when the blind ref didn't see what happened and called the play dead. The Giants could have put it away except that the defense(that choked according to you) kept them to field goals. The cowboys were lucky to be in the lead at all.
Romo kept sending the defense back out and you keep doing that, eventually the defense will break.
You try and catch a tip ball going at full speed and then tell me it's luck. I think a small amount of talent is required too.

Well let's see, Dallas has won 5 superbowls, San Francisco has won 5 superbowls. Dallas last won in 95, SF in 94. I'd say SF has as much credibility as dallas.

Why do you think Romo couldn't watch the last drive. He knew, better that you, that if the Giants got the field goal the loss was squarely on his shoulders.

Jerry is the problem. He the one pulling the strings on the Pillsbury Doughboy puppet in the sidelines.

Agreed.
And all of you Cowboy supporters in El Paso continue to line Jerry's pockets and continue pumping money to a city (Dallas) that won't even acknowledge El Paso as a Texas city. If UTEP could even get half of the money that El Paso wastes on the Cowboys we might have a great team. It's a simple concept; Support the local team. Support a local schoolboy who is representing El Paso not some overpaid crybabies. Go Miners.

Praying for a miracle this weekend.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Gemini

You're in a very erratic mood today, making you restless, edgy and nervy. It may be almost impossible to settle to anything for long, because, as Mercury slows, you soon lose interest. If life becomes boring you'll want to liven it up in some way and it's likely you'll choose the most disruptive and controversial option you can think of, even though you know this will cause trouble.
