Orton aka The Underthrower is terrible. Don't give him a contract. He will never win a playoff game.

I can't believe I'm going to write this, but here goes. Nice play call by Babich on the Brown pick! I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.

Orton is terrible.
Hester played great.
Forte is a god, even if he didn't do much today.
We really need some possession receivers.
Great Catches by Lloyd. Makes the hard ones, misses the easy ones.
It is time to start Chris Williams. Orton may not have gotton sacked much, but he had pressure on him on a lot of occasions coming from the left.
Anthony Adams is a superstar. Screw Dusty Dvorecek
Nick Roach is terrible. PLEASE start Hunter Hillenmeyer again.

yes the ortsack is really bad. Not bad just not a playmaker, which is very important at that postion.

Saints were gettng 3 points I'm glad at least I pushed, so I did not lose money. Lets face it though the bears and saints are both sorry teams. Football today sucks, I miss the good old days of Vince Lombardi football.

Ortons stats would have been looking better if Hester PI calls were actually catches..........which he would hvae caught he almost caught them one handed.........

And one INT was Davis's fault and the fumble was the Centers fault.

He missed only a couple throws and one bone head INT right to Fujita.

He made the drives when it counted didn't he?

The Olsen PI non-call also wouuld have boosted Ortons stats.

Playcalling needs to improve fast. Ron Turner is too predictable on 1st and 2nd down.

Bob Babich needs to shape up his shemes and play calling for 3rd down b/c Bears got torched in 3rd and long last night..........even though Brees is the highest rated passer in 3rd down in the league.

Orton can't be completely to blame for the misfires last night.

However, I'm still made that there was no pass interference call on Olsen in the end zone. I'm no professional ref and even I saw that he was mugged!

Thank God for Gould!:-)

To all you Orton haters, how about actually watching the game. Orton had a ton of passes dropped. The fumble was clearly not his fault, and he just missed on a couple of 50 yard bombs. Not many make that play. Even the great ones will miss more than the complete them, look up the facts.

Well don't worry you morons will get your wishes and he'll be gone and producing for another team. You'll continue to be the losers you are!

I have said it before and I will say it again. Turner is not a good Offensive Coordinator. He calls the wrong play at the wrong time.

Key downs in the game and he continues to blow it.

Why do you throw a passes to the FB who has been activated for all of 10 days? What did he have two flat out drops before he caught one?

Why do you run the wheel route to Adrian Peterson on 3rd and 4? Why not a curl or a button hook or some play that has more of a chance to work?

Why with 5:25 to go in the game you are winning (21-17) do you throw on first and second down. RUN THE BALL! Take some time off the clock and don't risk the incompletion (1st down) or the interception (2nd down).

The only plus here is that the New Orleans OC is equally in love with the Full Bank dive.

It never made any sense to me why on a critical running play and key down you give it to a player who seldom if ever runs the ball.

The same thing can be said for passing to him.

Why on a critical passing play and key down would you throw to a guy who is not one of your top receivers.

If you want to let him run the ball, or have him catch it. Do it when you are well ahead of well behind in the middle of the field on a "meaningless" first down.

As Joe Tiller said yesterday, first down incompletions and drops did not bother him as much as on the other downs, because he knew his QB's had room to make up for them.

Turner really is a mediocre OC at best (and that is being generous).

Fire Turner NOW!

Agreed. The guy sucks!!

I love Orton and was happy he was picked as the starter. He hasn't been playing up to his potential since the ankle injury, but he shows more potential than Rex ever did. He is a good QB with the potential to be a great one, imo.

Now, let's get the other members of the offense to actually catch the passes!!

The problem with NFL,
Just ask any NFL Ref what is their real job? Explains a lot about how
bad that game was ref'd, they evenmessed up spots, Instant replay ddn't get it right either.
it's messed up games are decided by old,fat,"who-knows-what-t hey-really- do" Refs.... sucks and really does'nt make sense.
