How much are the McCaskeys paying you, Dave?
Do you report it on your taxes or is it strictly under the table?

By the way does it say "Bears Apologist" or "Journalist" on your business card? But you work for the Obama Tribune, so why should I expect you to write the truth?

why aren't you speaking of John St Clair getting smoked all game? He's the reason Orton was getting pressed. The Bears coordinators stink at making adjustments. All game the heat was on and the Bears OL got exposed. AND WHAT THE HECK 3rd and INCHES AND YOU GIVE IT TO A FB THAT'S BEEN ON YOUR TEAM A WEEK..... CLOWN OF THE GAME AWARD. Running into that huge DT tandem is BS and you should know better. Some game planning you people do. Berrian was a huge mistake, the guy going to a rival might just be the biggest insult you ever did. To think you overpaid for Urlacher who can't pass rush for crap, won't lay the wood anymore. I'd trade him next season there's people willing to lay wood at LB but he's not getting it done anymore. Overpaid D and no WR's that can catch... Bennett better be on the field next week is all I've got to say.

A coach and his offensive coordinator should be fired for giving the ball to a guy who has been on the roster less than 48 hours when it's 3rd down at the 1 yard line.

Absolute Incompetence!

This is the SECOND game that Tillman has blown for the Bears. I haven't forgotten about the Tampa game Tillman.

Haugh, how much is Angelo paying you to write this garbage?

he played like shhht tonight on national tv. this guy had time to make some plays and he missed them. i told you orton fans that he was a bum. he'll never be a franchis here in chicago. have a good night you ignorant ****. thanks to you aholes our season is ruined..
What is your point? Are you saying fans that support Orton are to blame for the loss. Let me guess, your SAT score was only 3 digits long.

No, the bears downfall is their limited offense. The whole group of active WRs collectively are pure garbage. Now defenses have taken away the flexed TE with nickle packages thus nobody to throw the ball to.

Look at the field position they had in the first half and did squat with it. They should have put up 17 pts by halftime.

Without Forte there is no professional threat on offense. Time to move John St Clair into a new career as a professional turnstile and put the rook Tackle in given this season is over.

The defense did come out with a few new wrinkles in 1st Qtr but as soon as Minn adjusted the Bears had no answer as usual. Boobitch has got to be shown the door as he cannot make or prepare for in-game adjustments. I guess that's why Lovie likes him since Lovie cannot effectively adjust during a game either.

Right now this team is in full decline mode. They'll probably win one more game and end up 7-9 again. All these bad drafts are starting to catch up with the Bears coupled with bottom of the barrel coaching this franchise is in trouble.

Urlacher has ZERO trade value. Teams are not going to even offer a last round pick for him. They will wait for him to be placed on waivers.

I'm with you on the WRs. Why does the coaching staff keep putting non-performing or deserving WRs on the field. Why not try guys who have not played yet, like Bennett, Haas, etc. When you reward incompetence you get incompetence.

Let's not forget Tillman falling down in the playoff game against Carolina in '05 in the first quarter resulting in an easy TD for Steve Smith. Soldier Field went from the loudest I've ever heard it to library-like right after that play. He's done some other dumb things over the years that have hurt us...can't think of the specifics at this moment. Some of you may have a better memory.

Did anyone see Orton after the game? God he was acting like a little bitch. He looked like he was about to have a temper tantrum.

Hey Haugh why don't you post your keys to winning this week.

I believe they were have Tillman shut down BB, let Orton show what he can really do and stop AP. I guess it's easier said than done moron.

God I hate this Bears team, hate the owners, coach, the scheme, hate the Staff, the GM and most of all the players. Cannot stand some of these over paid clowns. Excuse making momma boys who can't hadle adversity. They cave everytime a team punches them in the mouth.

Well,... He had another "genius" moment at the 2 minute mark at the end of the first half.

This was between the Berrian blow-by and the horse-collar .......... on Peterson's grinding 15 yd run ..... there were 4 Bears on Peterson, he was going down, his butt was about 1 foot off the ground,......... and along comes "Hopalong Tillman" jumping on the pile !

He should have been flagged for piling on !

Was there anyone else out there waiting for the flag to fly ??

Oh, maybe instead of taking cheapshots at the out of town quarterback for your pregame piece, you might like to focus on the former bears player berrian and his likely impact on the game. You know, what they call the local angle? Then you could discuss all the money and draft picks the bears spent trying to patch together lovie's dream defense compared to the bears letting their one proven offensive skill player walk for nothing.

I had to laugh when they showed Lovies face after they failed to punch it in on fourth down. He looked utterly amazed that his O-line could not push the D-line of the number 1 rated run defense in the NFL off the ball. He appeared to actually be stunned that he didn't come away with a touchdown. That folks, is what is wrong with this team. I understand its a mano to mano sport, but sometimes using a brain counts for something. In the end, it doesnt really matter, since any team winning the NFC north, will lose in the 1st round of the playoffs. Heck, I think Florida or Oklahoma could win this division. It's pretty bad.

Yeah .......... Madden picked up on that...... He mentioned that " Lovie looked stunned ".

Actually, he could have used words that WE have been using all season !!........ Clueless ..... Idiotic ..... Comatose ..... Stoned ..... Catatonic ..... Sleepy ..... Stupid ..... Mesmerized ..... Brain Damaged ..... etc. etc. etc.

from the looks of the poll ORTON is getting a pass for his terrible night. Had those throws been from Grossman he would be blamed for everything. 2 of the 3 picks were as bad of throws any QB could have made. He played terrible. And the fullback dive sucks.....when will they learn. strenght of Minnesota right up the middle so we give it to the guy with no forward momentum. big surprise he doesn't get anywhere. FG was the right call there.
