who thinks dmac is STUPID.... come on now what are you AJS b*tch or something get off his nuts.. he is the one who was BS.. first of all if donnie didnt make the tackles he did who would of made them??? lalala and secondly he deserves alot mor money than 3.5 AJ is a dick.. marty was going to stay but once again AJ DIDNT like him so he let him go another stupid move on AJs part... and donnie will give 110% on the field like he always does... remember he was the leader of the best defense in the league... lets see if steroid boy will be as good of a leader as donnie...
sorry clark kent, dmac has yet to provide an argument without backing it up with sound logical reasoning. if i'm not mistaken, donnie (bless that ucla bruin!), was already one of the highest paid ILB's in the league, yet he still bitched about it to no end. all d. brees and d. edwards were after was the mighty $$$. AJ has his faults but HE has built this team to what it is (a top contender for many years). the bolts will just win the SB without brees and edwards. dielman on the other hand, knows what's up...

btw, rivers is by far the better qb. 14-2 as a 1st year starter... unbelieveable! all brees needed was to go to the nfc to put up big #'s. he will never have what it takes to win the big one.

and "steroid boy"... aka most dominating/feared LB in the league will fill the role as leader just fine.

you guys can lick marty's sack all you want, he sure played his bailout smoothly for the idiot fans. but he was the one who insisted that he hire his lame brother. worse, he did it after we lost our two coordinators, putting the team in a bind.

Spanos told him after he hired his kid 4 yrs ago that he couldnt hire any more of his family. it was Spanos who fire him, not AJ. and it was exactly what Marty wanted, get fired and keep his salary.

f&ck Marty - he coached the worst underperformance i've ever seen any team in any playoff game ever. you can't blame 20 guys. the 3 stooges have more polished comedy than what Marty put on the field. player prep=awful. play calling=awful. clock management=awful. timeout usage=awful. you probably already forgot the stupid challenge he called that had zero chance of overturn. you're too busy f*cking your marty dolls or something.

as for AJ, so you don't like him - who cares. who the f are you, knute rockne? Before AJ, Marty coached the bolts to 8-8. there's your genius, 8-8. after 3 yrs of AJ personnel upgradeshe became a 14-2 coach. don't be stupid yourself - its the players, stupid. AJ has assembled a top group of talent. rivers played well enough to win the NE game, it was the rest of the team that marty had completely unprepared.

and $3.5m a year for an aging ILB that can't stuff a gap is plenty of money. he's a whiner with a smile that fooled you too. he's been whining about his contract since the 1st year he signed it. a man would live up to his word, especially when its signed.

I was pretty surprised the Chiefs took Edwards back after he ruined the team chemistry the last time he played in KC. If you don't remember, he was released from his contract after Marcus Allen's wife (at that time part of the Chiefs) left him for Donnie Edwards. Nothing like stealing a teammate's wife.

SD will miss him too. but we have the LB corps to do ok without him. The "Saint Donnie" crap is way over the top, thats all I'd say. He was good, he still is good. He is not a top-5 LB in the league. his $3.5M was a darn good deal and he bitched about it the entire time. hope he is happy with the extra $$$ now. maybe there's another new guy with a hot wife to pleasure him.

Denver seems the most improved in AFCW this off-season. chargers did nothing except resign Dielman, but they had 11 pro-bowl players and didn't lose anyone of value. they have to real needs they didn't improve: safety and WR.

KC is good and got better, but i think Denver did more this offseason. it's a 3-team race with the raiders still a howler of a joke. I'll give the Chargers the edge :).

personally,i will miss Edwards...do I think the Chargers have lost anything phenominal? No.I also agree that Marty shot himself in the foot with the whole hire my brother thing, especially when he was teetering on the job fence anyway...never crap where you eat...while I still say the Chargers will without a doubt clinch the AFC west at least this year, the whole division(with of course the exception of the raiders*lol*),is looking tough, and I look forward to some great games this season.Myself living in Illinois,I can't wait for the season opener. That game in my opinion SHOULD have been last years superbowl.BTW Turnur will remain a Charger for at least one more year!WOOWHOO!Good luck to all(except pretty boy and his Pats of course)they can all SUCK IT!

definitely glad turner will be with the bolts for one more year. and marty can blame marty for his firing, along with edwards seeking the $$$.
you be sure to give all those bears fans hell out there before and after the chargers light them up opening day!!!!

Donnie will get us a 3rd round compensatory pick, based on his $$. Seems about right.

I'm glad turner will be back too. I'd like to see more two-back sets with burner and LT, those seemd really effective the few times they ran it. if they each go a different way, which one do you cover?

two-back formation is a must! we kept MT so we may as well utilize his abilities.
