NFL awards Bills 2 compensatory draft picks

The NFL awarded the Buffalo Bills two additional picks _ including a fourth-rounder _ in next month's draft, compensating the team for the number of free agents it lost last offseason. The Bills will now have 10 selections, starting with the 11th overall pick, after being awarded a fourth-round pick (132nd overall) and a seventh-rounder (251st) on Monday. Under a complex formula developed by the league, the NFL determined the Bills had a net loss of two free agents last year. The league ruled Buffalo lost four players _ cornerback Nate Clements, linebacker London Fletcher, offensive lineman Mike Gandy and receiver Andre Davis _ and only signed two _ offensive linemen Derrick Dockery and Langston Walker.
