If the Raiders beat Tampa this weekend, I think it will secure Tom Cable's job for one more season at least. I remember during Gruden's first year as head coach when we beat KC in OT and kept them from making the playoffs after a long tenure of losing to KC and if gave us great momentum for the next 3 years. Hopefully the same will happen for Cable and the rest of this bunch.

Not to mention if the Raiders win we knock Gruden out of the Playoffs and possibly seal the deal on Tampa firing Gruden(heard that on local talk radio)....not sure they would fire him but it would sting...

I expect some serious changes this offseason. However, some guys have stepped in and played well like Baker, Johnson, Schilenz, Alston, Scott, and even Henderson these last few weeks, but question still remains to whether or not they can maintain consistant performance that is needed for a winning team.

You mean like the 48-21 sting he handed the mighty Raiders in the Super Bowl. Win or lose this week, Gruden still will have the last laugh.
