Jags need a "White" QB and give Shack Harris his walking papers.
Just think what it would do for ticket sales! PLUS! A teachable Brain in that position.

Mark my words ... Nothing will change until those two things happen!

Well once again we choked in the first round. We could have taken Brady Quinn and had a real QB for the future, instead we add another defensive player, who we could have traded for in another few picks. Oh well, say hello to 8-8 again.

the problems with the quarterback is they don't get protection, Jax defense as usually always been good, but alot of drafts on defense. Why not more offense line men so who ever the quarterback is he can be protected. quarterbacks who get hit alot can't do much when they are being chased.

GET PROTECTION for the Quarterbacks.

I am never surprised by the complete lack of intelligence by Mr. Harris when it comes to the draft. Unfortunately, Wayne Weaver gives him carte blanche when it comes to this. I have given up on having a really good shot at the playoffs because the Jaguars make their first round pick a player that they could have easily gotten 2 or 3 picks later. No one else was that enamored about Reggie Nelson. I can only assume that he figured it would help put fans (Gator fans) in the stands. This kind of logic is moronic. Gator fans will go to the games in Gainesville, not buy more tickets in Jacksonville. Maybe you should try getting the "best available player" with the 1st round pick. Thank God I was smart enough to cancel my tickets this year. Maybe Mr. Harris needs to try drafting for the good of the team (offense) and not to please Jacksonville's Gator fans. Here's to another subpar season. Glad I don't have to be a part of this fiasco.

Wow... usually I only hear this kind of hatred from bleeding heart liberals... is this some kind of political blog I've stumbled into.

Are of you are intitled to your opinions, but you are wrong. Leftwich IS the quarterback of the future, 3 all star running backs (I don't hear you giving Harris credit for Jones-Drew), and maybe we'll snag Keyshawn Johnson who just got cut by the Panthers. THings are looking up, not down. All we have to do is avoid injuries and we'll win the division. maybe go 12-4 again, even with the doosy of a schedule we have.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Capricorn

Take things slowly and all will be well. However, you must resist a tendency to be perfectionist over things that don't really matter, otherwise you'll never finish the chores. If you're busy with Christmas preparations, you'll have to control a nagging feeling that you've got to compete with the way other people have done things in the past.
