If the Redskins obtained Vick they would have lost many fans. The former great Southern ball players of the skins would have rolled over in their graves. The skins were known for recruiting Southern players and have many many fans down here!!!!

I have been hella busy and have not posted since I learned that VICK SIGNED WITH THE EAGS!!

Yeah!

I knew he would get signed, but wrote off Philly because they already have mobile McNabb.
...but he is kinda injury prone (like T-Mac or any MLB player), and now the two most mobile NFL QB's on the same squad....*ping*

I hope Philly can stay healthy (already lost starting Mike LB and DE...damn)- GO VICK!!!

But an Eagles spokesman, in an e-mail to The Philadelphia Inquirer, confirmed it was OK for Vick to drink alcohol, that it was "not in conflict with terms of his probation or reinstatement with the NFL."

under which constitutional law would support your statement. if he can seek work..well what do you think professional football is? let me tell you work. last i checked this was a capitalist country. our tax dollars would not pay his salary. the nfl is a privately owned business that provides entertainment. just as movie stars, singers, and all other sort of performers. my point being what law says he doesn't have the "right" to play?

I'm sure the rehab counselor would agree this was a VERY bad decision.

YOU KNOW YOU WANT ONE TOO!

The numbers have been released of NFL jersey sales from April 1-August 28 and surprisingly, your winner is Brett Favre. More surprising: Mike Vick’s No. 7 jersey in Philly came in 4th - despite the fact that Dick’s Sporting Goods refused to stock them.(Talk about a bad business decision).

The top 10: Favre, Cutler, Polamalu, Vick, Roethlisberger, Romo, Sanchez, Brady, Adrian Peterson, Eli Manning. Michael Crabtree, who is still holding out in San Francisco, came in 20th.
