Manning proves he's as super as brother, Peyton

Move over Peyton, there's another Super Manning. Younger brother Eli completed the impossible of impossibles when he drove the Giants 83 yards in 12 plays to the winning touchdown and a 17-14 Giants win in one ... Full Story

I'm a native of, and still live in, New Orleans. This is as proud a moment as I can remember. To have 'OUR boys' do so well in the Super Bowl is wonderful. So many of us have our hearts wrapped in the Mannings, and the outcome of Super Bowl XLII is heart-WARMING for lots of reasons. For me, the most powerful 'reason' to celebrate is the absolute knowledge that Archie & Olivia Manning, who have 'endured' years of having people 'say bad things' about their NFL sons... can now 'glow' in the fact that both of 'THEIR boys' are now winners and Super Bowl MVPs. HOW GREAT IS THAT?!?!?!? Congratulations to all the Mannings. And a very sincere 'thank you' to Peyton and Eli.

You hear the cliche all the time about 'a team of destiny",but this rings true for these New York Giants. They did'nt stand a chance to even make it thru the 1st round of the palyoffs let alone win the Super Bowl ! Somehow they proved everyone wrong and pulled off the impossible. Congratulations,Giants

No Larrys Bird, it has nothing to do with sperm. It has to do with Archie and Olivia being remarkable parents and raising boys who know how to be gracious Southern gentlemen. Great kids are a reflection of great parents. You reap what you sow......

Next time do your homework and watch the whole game. Manning had an interception which came off a deflection in the first half I believe. Having watched almost every Super Bowl- this is one of the best NFL games I have EVER seen in my life. Anyone catch Terry Bradshaw drop the F bomb on the pregame- that was just funny

there was history made in the super bowl . Correct me if I'm wrong here . I think it's the first time in history that brothers have won back to back super bowls . Now that is a far better story than The Patriots going unbeaten if you ask me . And watching that game winning drive was unreal . So ,instead of writing about the perfect season , why not do a story on the winning Mannings ?

Eli was better than Brady for sure. Baby Brady will see more pressure next year and should think of quiting while he can. He'll never be any better, get more breaks and things are going downhill fast for these posers.

Just read on nfl.com ( the following quote copy and pasted from the article ).

"One day after a shocking loss to the New York Giants in Super Bowl XLII, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and wide receiver Randy Moss have announced they will not play in the Pro Bowl game in Honolulu on Feb. 10."

What a bunch of sore losers, just like thier coach!
