yes R U kidding me. If he even went there 2 back up garrad, the coachs would be so impressed with him in traing, camp and preseason he would be the starting QB. I watched him last year compete for the job in chicago, what a joke, when the news whould say the Offense looked good they would show rex completing 3-4 long TD's and a couple short passes, then they would show kyle[who i also like] complete some short passes and and maybe a 25-30 yarder. then on the day the "D" had a good day you would see a cople of batted balls when rex was QB, and a couple of INT's when kyle whould QB, but the news guy would always say the copatition was a tie today.

his recivers couln't cacth the ball and it bounced off thier hands and was intercepted most of the time. rex had a better pass rating inthe play off then maning untill the second half of the supper bowl with less talent. thats the reason he stated chucking it up in the air for the recievers to make a play. look its simple if you put another QB in the same system with relitivly the same player and they do better then tier better, but none of the QB's have

orton will do better then cutler, grossman will do better then orton. i'm not saying orton is a better QB he's on a better team with better coach's and cordinaters. so i can't spell. anyway i think cutler is a great QB, but alot has to change for them to win. grossman is also a great QB if jacksonville brings him in they could go all the way to the supper bowl.

read jimmy mac's report after the artical the only thing he forgot was the OC is bad, and the recivers couldn't handle his fastball, and like I said befor when they wer't dropping the ball it was bouncing off of them and being pick off, rex had 3-4 INT's in 2006 because of this.

rex was also in a bad system. I don't know if jacksonville would be any better but at least he might have more time behind a better line

rex is a good QB and if anybody watches him they would agree. every QB makes mistakes, and he has, but he's also had bad players around him, and coaching. cutler will find out. he's going to have a better line, runing back tight end tandem, and posibly just as good recivers are better, and he won't do any better than rex.

If anyone sees what I see they would know and understand why Rex Grossman is a good qauterback. Do you people even watch the football games,or is it because you only have half a brain

your right buc,its just like the year ortan took over for rex when he broke his ankle, and lead them to the play offs. then in the play offs rex took over and led the bears to 22 points and 300 yards of offense, but once again our great "D" let us down allowing steve smith to get 3 TD's and over 200 yards of offense, and giving up 29points , but again it was rex'x fault

here are some more fun facts about rex. in his first year he started the last 3 games in thouse games. he completed every pass he attemepted on 3rd down for a first down. think about that not a qurter, not a half not a game but 3 games. if anybody can tell me any othere QB thats ever don that in the last 20yrs please do, and they don't even have to be in a row like rex, it can be over thier whole career. bottom line is the kids has a lot of talent he just needs a good coach and our OC with good talent around him, not great just good, and this kid could light it up

How bad was Rex Grossman? We have many QBís in the NFL that suck a lot worse than Grossman. How many have never been in a playoff game let alone won a couple (look at both games-the defense didnít win them on their own). Not saying heís great- but heís not as bad as the media makes him out to be. Are Leftwichís, Chris Simms, Quinnís or Ortonís achievements more impressive the Grossmans?

To understand Grossman's problems, you have to go back to his formative years:

Listen the blame had be on someone, and Rex took whether or not it was his fault. What people don't realize most of time it wasn't. They don't understand that the proplem lies whithin the coaching. Now that the defense is getting older your going to have another problem.
