Can Oakland Raiders Tight End David Ausberry be the Next Marcel Reece?

i just think the two TEs we got in the draft are going to outshine ausberry, especially when it comes to run blocking. some talk is even going around that kasa could be the next k. boss. but time will tell! definitely going to be one of my favorite position battles to watch in preseason.

The problem with the two TE's we drafted is they have different strengths. One blocks better one has better hands. Same problem we have now. Gordon blocks better Ausberry has better hands. It will be interesting.

I like Ausberry. I like throwing to the TE and Ausberry has great hands (except for that one game last season LOL). I think it gives a team an advantage in 3rd and short. I also think Ausberry is big enough and can run decent and pick up those crucial few yards after the catch. I hope he gets the job but a lot of it depends on what type of offense our new OC is going to run. Either way, Ausberry will need to step his game up a notch if he wants to start in the NFL.

Unfortunately, since Reggie drafted 2 TE's this year, I don't think Ausberry will be wearing Silver & Black for long.
