So... the guy leaves his house, and leaves his phone at home. He's gone for 4 hours and you call the police. Did his family ever think that he left his phone as a sign that he wanted to be left alone, have some quiet time for once with his friend! All this talk about "does Vince Young have psychological problems" and I'm thinking its his family who are the one's with problems!

Sure... it's easy to say you don't want to play football anymore AFTER you've received a multi-million dollar, 8-figure signing bonus.
I hope the Titans included provisions in the contract to recover said bonus if ol' VY decides to quit.

Vince Young is just a big pu*sy. He is not tough enough mentally to play in the NFL. I'm not even sure if he is tough enough physically. Personally, I don't think he's even that good enough to play quarterback in the NFL, but that's not my decision to make. This guy has been given the opportunity of a life time and he has absolutely no appreciation for it. How many people would sell their sole to the devil to be in his shoes. He has to understand that there are things that everyone hates about their job. Christ, alot of people flat out hate everything about their job. If this guy thinks he is gonna find a better career anywhere else he is insane. If he doesn't wanna go through the injurys than fine quit, but don't quit just because you get booed every once in a while. Arron Rodgers had a 7 year old walk up to him and tell him, "We don't love you, you suck". He was booed and widely criticized when he took over for Brett Farve in the preseason. Did he run away like a big baby and start considering retirement? No he did not! Vince, you need to get your head on straight and be thankful for what you have!

Goodbye Vince, another head case, butch up, being booed is part of the package, if you play great, you get cheered, if you play like crap (which you have), then you get booed, thats the way it goes, take your millions, go get counseling and in a few years, we will read about you being arrested in a crack house then you can do a barbara walters exclusive interview from jail on how you suffered from depression. Heck, maybe you and michael vick can do a two part special on your lousy social skills. Sorry, your not in Texas anymore..hook em horns..

I love the negative posts on here (being sarcastic). The hillbilly racist love to come out of the wood works where they're probably boning their first cousin. All you @ssclowns on here could never make it in the NFL. Vince has no receivers no O-line in Tenessee and it's also "hickville". So they blame him free agency has come and gone, the draft has come and gone and they gave Vince nobody to throw to! For the working class folks here, just imagine working at a job where they didn't give you the necessary tools to get your job done; like a computer, software, a hammer, or a drill. Then when you b*tch about it the only thing you can do is not come to work anymore, or just grin and bear it. You couldn't even go look for another job. That's what is like to be in the NFL! Your coach is an bad take it like a man....Your GM is clueless...too bad take it like a man....your fans get the point. For all the Ocho Cinco's, Vince Youngs and Anquain Boldins out there this is the reality of the NFL.

He has millions of reasons to toughen up and act like a professional. It is ridiculous to think anybody should feel sorry for him. We all know however that he is not now, nor will he ever be a successful NFL quarterback. He doesn’t have the mechanics physically at all.
The NFL is not college, and once again we see another hyped college player get a reality check. Trust me Vinnie; Peyton, Tom Brady, John Elway, Dan Marino, Joe Nameth, and on and on have been booed. Grow up already, or go get a job at Wendy’s.
Not too mention his mommy has to speak for him. That will buy a lot of respect in the locker room from his teammates.
And mommy needs to know that dealing with unhappy fans and critics is part of the job. You want the big money and to be famous, you’re expected to perform, period. And as of now he has been a total bust. Toughen up Vinnie.

If I had the physical attributes and skills to make millions per year,I sure would not care if people had issues with how I play. I'd just play.

I have to question the Titans whole scouting department really, first PacMan Jones, now this joke of a QB. What do they really have to show for it? It's almost as bad as the Fins situation a couple years ago. I'm afraid to even assume in the slightest that they mave have hit on Chris Johnson, because then he might do something idiotic as well. I live up here in Tennessee and this whole situation is a joke really. I feel bad for the fans. Whoever is running the Titans took a promising franchise and put it in the crapper.

I remember when Vince Young won the National Championship for Texas. It was one of the most moving, best game endings I have ever seen. He needs to remember he gave us that and more.
