All you can say is that now were starting to see the pros and cons of coming out of school early and chase money. You put this kind of pressure on this boy (he's not a man yet), spending 4 years in college pays dividends..

So... the guy leaves his house, and leaves his phone at home. He's gone for 4 hours and you call the police. Did his family ever think that he left his phone as a sign that he wanted to be left alone, have some quiet time for once with his friend! All this talk about "does Vince Young have psychological problems" and I'm thinking its his family who are the one's with problems!

I think someone was treated as a god a little too much since he put on a pee-wee football helmet. Now that he's got expectations on him that are a little harder to fill, he's cracking like an eggshell. It's kind of sad to watch and I hope he pulls it together.

Good he su*ks anyway. Maybe they can bring in McCown. You never want a running QB. It has proven to be a losing option in the NFL. Maybe he wants to stay home and pray like that wacko VP candidate (Palin). She is horrible too

Vince's family should just give him a break. They're the ones with problems not Vince.

In professional sports, with the fame and the money comes responsibility and accountability. That's the lesson too many of these young men don't understand. They look at the rap and hip/hop artists with all the money and fame, and they don't see the accountability and responsibility. So they get the idea that's the way it will
be. It isn't, particularly if they have a fragile ego.

Wow, this guy faces some adversity and he wants to quit. No matter how this gets resolved, his teammates won't respect him after this.

He wants the millions but doesn't want to play? Who do I contact, I'll take his place and let them pound me into the turf for his paychecks and have some fun to boot.

Maybe we should have Vince Young meet Brett Favre to see what a real QB should be like.

Geesh, I can't believe these guys. Off the field they have a net worth of $0.00 and they are complaining while making millions.

From Feb - "Young will have a semester of work left – 12 hours – after this semester to complete his degree in the college of education. On campus, things have gotten so crazy at times for Young, the student newspaper, The Daily Texan, published an editorial that said, "Don't hound him for autographs."

But after signing a $58 million contract two years ago as the No. 3 overall draft pick of the Tennessee Titans, Young is hardly slumming it the way he did as a freshman in the dorms back in 2002. He's renting a house with a swimming pool, hot tub and weight room until he finishes the semester in June. "
