I have no such insight, but just the same I'll give him the benefit of the doubt since it was his first offense and hope that he sees the light about what he has to lose if he continues his "ghetto" ways. LETS GIVE THE ROOKIE A CHANCE... he hasn't bombed out of any regular season games for us yet due to stupidity, so until that happens, lets give him the benefit of the doubt... like we did with Moss.
Packers fans and Bears fans, f--k off, this entire topic has nothing that concerns you, except talking about the man who is going to torch your secondaries this year. Deal with it like men, admit your crappy teams suck, and go back to your own forums.

Seriously, he is already helping the community with his new Puff Puff Pass program. His new program to give boys and girls the opportunity to show their marijuana skills in NFL stadiums.

Money + Harvin = trouble If everybody who has smoked pot is considered a thug then a few ex Presidents are then thugs. He did some stupid things in high school but he had no issues at Florida. Pot is a harmless drug, unlike alcohol and cigarettes (both of which are legal and allowed by the NFL). And if you think im just a pot smoker sticking up for someone else who smoked think again.

Can Harvin block? That's how Chilly Willie will use him... as a blocker and a decoy. If Chilly wanted to throw the ball, he'd have already done it. The Vikes have been in possession of down field speed, they just don't use it. Gus used it last year, and was rewarded with the ol' boot. It's not Chilly's style. Bret would use it, but, it's pretty much a cinch that Chilly doesn't want him to, it's not Chilly's style. The big question is.... how long will we Vikes fans be forced to suffer Chilly's style? Two years too long, already......

Sorry, I interupted the doper bashing! I thought it was a football forum... Who cares about pot? That's so yesterday! The laws are outmoded, dopers have been functioning, harmless, tax-paying citizens for over 80 years (unless you're in to archeology and human history, in which case, it's 5000 years, or more), according to people with whom I've talked. Some of the most intelligent, talented, and successful people in the world are dopers. It's yesterday's history.... Now, back to football... what can Harvin do in such a restricted offense? Wasting a 1st round pick on a guy to be a return specialist is irresponsible (but, so like Chilly). So, does this mean Chilly is going to change the offense?! Hope shines eternal!!!!!

We can only hope that bringing Harvin in would lead to some different ideas. I mean Peterson run, Peterson run, Chester in for the third or T-jack in for the interception gets a little boring.
