Gaither's status in question

Gaither, the Ravens' starting left tackle, who has a shoulder injury, did not practice yesterday and had his right arm in a sling.

Who is this Rolle guy? I say put it in cardboard cut out to take his spot on the field.

Injuries have been a huge problem for the Ravens the last few yrs. Now heading down the stretch with a chance to win the Div or make a Wild Card its not lookin good. RB - McGahee hasn't been healthy all yr, Now Mason has a bad shoulder, his inability to be able to raise his arm I am sure contributed to the ball bouncing off his helmut and resulting in a 50 Yd TD INT for the NYGs last wk. The Ravens have no other wrs, period. Heap is not the same or is being kept in to block. Gaithers, Shoulder, Anderson, Terry, ankles, OTs hurting not good. Eagles are near the top in Sacks and most of the teams on the sch are also tuff. The Defense has been hurting at Cb all yr, with MacAlister on IR and Rolle often hurt. But the defense has hung in there, but it must cont to get help from the offense. Without mush of a threat in the passing game the runnign game is struggling and with the OTs injured the coaching are going to have to help them find ways to win. Its may take more trick plays with Troy Smith this wk!

Harry makes a good point. Coach Harbaugh "killed" the Ravens with his military bootcamp preseason. The Ravens were used to ex-coach Billick's "camp cupcake". Say what you will about Brian Billick. He knew how to keep his players fresh for the playoff run throughout the months of November and December. It is not possible to change the culture of a team overnight without bad results.

Now we have 16 players on the Injured Reserve list. Shame on Harbaugh.
