Terrance Metcalf and Ian Scott were hardly misses. They filled in well for where they were drafted. And the Jury is not out on Vasher. He has made the pro bowl and had a few solid years. Not bad for a 4th round pick. I'd call him a hit, even though he may not start anymore.

Roosevelt Williams was a CB, not an LB.

This might be the one of the funniest articles I've ever read on the internet. How in the world is Joey Laroque (who has SIX career tackles) considered a hit, yet the jury is still out on Nathan Vasher, a five year starter (injury issues the last 2 years) and Pro Bowl Corner.

Looks like the Cutler thing wore Angelo out. Now he's back to form, afraid to make decisions and piling up grapefruits on Day 2 hoping someone will emerge. His record as a judge of talent has not been, shall we say, shrewd up to now. Cutler was a no-brainer.

With the bloodletting at the Trib this week, how did this reporter keep his job? Scott and Johnson were misses? In what universe? Jury still out on Vasher? Do you even watch the Bears?

How the check is the writer smoking? Todd Johnson and Ian Scott were misses, while Bobby Wade was a "hit"?!? I'll take the first two over Wade any day.

The jury is out on Vasher? He went to a pro-bowl you fools!

Angelo, you brain dead buzzard, hang it up. Why don't you open up a "Failure Franks" hot dog cart over at 35th and Wentworth and catch the nightly White Sox crowd. You might, just might, be successful at that.
