First off, I was only talking about Carr. Secondly you don’t know how much the dolphins will pay for him if he is signed. Joey WAS a salary cap move. Do you know how much he was supposed to make? I didn’t think so! If you really want me to dig up the actual number I will just to prove my point. I will say this; he was set significantly to make more money this year than he did last year. So until you know what you are talking about, sit back down in your Monday morning quarterback chair and Shut UP

Why don't you take your own advise. SHUT UP!!! There is something called in the NFL which is renegotiate.......DOLPHINS SUCK!!!!!!!!

John you ARE the only one. The rest of us feel it is unimportant to win right away and build for the future. Don't care if Green is the greatest QB ever in Miami for the next two seasons after that he is DONE! And who will guarantee he is not done now? Lets get a young QB from the draft and get away from signing veteran has-beens at the end of their careers once and for all!

Injury prone? Are we talking about the same quarterback? Trent Green has taken hit after hit running for extra yards and this was the first time in 6 years he was out of a game. Know your facts! The only reason he got hurt in this game was because he was hit while he was in a slide which is supposed to be illegal. His knee injury was a low hit by Rodney Harrison who is known for his dirty tricks. And guess what Trent worked his way back from that. He has been dependable from day one that he came to KC and yes he had a rough year. He had a severe concussion! Guess what that does not mean he is washed up. It means he got a bad break last year and had to come back into the game against the leagues top defenses. I hope he stays in KC and starts for us because we have a better chance with him that Brodie Croyle or Damon Huard. You can have Carr. We'll keep the old washed up QB any day of the week!

OK permit me to speculate some here. Fins offered a 7th round pick, Chiefs want a 2nd. no way do the fins send a 2nd rounder. Fins will get Ricky Williams back, and Randy has traded him once already, so I am wondering if he might through in Ricky Williams with a lower round pick? I personaly wouldnt do that, but maybe Randy Mueler would?

Well said MostLoyalChief. I agree with you that we in Kansas city are going to be sorry if we let him go. He has few more good years and he's far from washed up. His stats tell you that. Bad year after a bad hit but this year where ever he ends up that team is going to be very pleased about having him and us Chief fans are going to be sad we lost him.
