Ingle Martin, Len Dawson, and Matt Cassel in the same breath! Now THAT is a franchise searching for it's identity again. I think they may be onto something though!!!

We'll see if Matt Cassel can turn them around. You know they traded Tony Gonzalez right? I wonder if they have a decent replacement.
