The team was ready--the problem was our qb. Tressell should have allowed Pryor to run more plays. The Offensive line jelled better with Pryor moreso than the senior qb. For instance, when we had a chance to get back into the game he threw a INT. Secondly, the penalties--some for real others myths--were a problem. Nonetheless, The Trojans are great! Next year they visit the horseshoe. Go Bucks!

ARE YOU even Serious?

Then you will agree that the pass that was uncatchable and the USC CB never touched him is also a Myth?

Yeah USC had all of theose delay of game and false starts too, huh?

Why are the Buckeyes and their fan base so Myopic and out of touch with reality?

RE; I don't care how ready your team is:

I got to words for you buddy, it's called "TEAM SPEED" USC has it and knows how to usc it and Ohio State doesn't IMO.

Examples TEAM SPEED

1.Florida 2007

2.Illinois 2007

3.LSU 2008

4.USC 2008

I am sorry, but your Defensive Coaches do not have the answers for the opposing teams on Offense.

Conversely your Offensive Coaches also do not have answers for the opponets on Defense either.

OSU is a good team just not against the ELITE teams in CFB.

YTD OSU "HAS NOT" I repeat "HAS NOT" shown the ability to compete in the last few years...outside of Illinois but really you got to ask yourself how good was Illinois?

USC moped up the floor with the Illini, and they beat you boys in your house no less @ the SHOE talk about pouring Salt in the Wounds LOL~!

That the FACT'S JACK, now YOU have a good day...I am going to~!=)

I wish the Buckeyes and the rest of the big two would just leave.
Is't quit obvious that the BIG TEN is not up to level with the rest of the football world.

How many big games is the Buckeyes going to get blown out until pollsters finally realize the BUCKEYES are overated?

I think USC could beat 1/3 of the pro teams out there right now!
Awesome!
Compared to USC, my Noles could only have come close to them with our Charlie Ward National Championship team, and we could have given them a game, but lost.

Get serious. It's been tried before and the NFL teams just blow the colleges away.

You're still running on the one play from last year against LSU....you got to be kidding me!!!!
It was speed that killed Ohio State in BOTH N.C. games!!!!

There are plenty of kids in the SEC that are just as fast as Beanie or faster.
Now can Ohio State just please go away and allow teams from more competitive conferances have a title shot?

You might be right about the coaches. That is, we have the speed; but the coaches need to know how to use it. Yes--there were strange penalties against the Bucks all night. Note, I am not saying that it would have changed the outcome of the game--just that they were strange calls. Remember, however in 2005 and 2006 the Bucks beat very good and speedy teams that where in the top ten like Texas and Kansas. But remember the season is not over--thus, we don't really know how USC, Georgia, Florida and a host of others will fare at the end. Congratulations to Trojan Nation. Haters of OSU--you still suck! Go Bucks!

Not trying to pick on you or flame you, but I don't believe leaving Pryor in there for an extended amount of time would have altered the final outcome. They may have scored a few more points, but I believe USC would have prepared for the possibility of this guy trying to wreak havok. Believe me, they didn't want to have a repeat performance of the Vince Young show.

Also, it was my understanding that Pryor has a very limited play selection. So, if he was left in there for a long time, the defense would figure out what he was doing fairly quickly. True, he may have scored a TD or two early on, but once the defense figured him out, they would have shut him down.

I think next year's tOSU team with Pryor at the helm and more plays available to him will be a formidable challenge, especially since we're going to their house. For now, they should just work on getting him more and more game experience. By the time he's a senior, he'll be a stud.
