The game seemed a little too close for comfort to me, but I'm glad USC won. Good job.

Hooray!!! SUC beat a lame Big 10 team! Big Whoopee!! The fact that PSU scored 24 points on the mighty SUC defense speaks volumes! I'm sure the SUC faithful will say "Ms. Carroll" took it easy on Joe Pa, yeah right! If SUC would have played, let's say Florida, SUC would have been pounded!!! As always, SUC = Underachievers & OVER-RATED!! So tired of listening to Ms. Carroll kiss his own back side!! Go SUC ON!!!!!!

first of all, penn state is a very good football team but couldnt stop the trojans passing game and it showed. and i dont think that usc is overrated at all. and i really dont think that they would get beat by florida either. i dont see how you are tired of hearing about how mighty usc is when that is all you hear about with florida and tim tebow.

Carroll doesnt think SC can be beat? Is he a retard? They got beat by Oregon in the regular season, eliminating them from the BCS championship game that is going to be played next week?
Plus SC got to play a home game at the Rose Bowl against Penn, so they had a HUGE advantage. Just look back to Jan 06 when all the media and SUC fans were saying how great SC was and that they could even beat some NFL teams! What retards!
SC ended up losing to Texas in a game SC played at home in the Rose Bowl!
SC is nothing more than a media pampered team that plays soft in the PAC 10, but could never play the likes of a Florida or Oklahoma in the BCS championship game!!!

NO- this is a bitter FUCLA butt pirate.

SC just rolled and the tators or spooners would get the same from the best coach in the land. 7 BCS games and could have easily been in the last 5 champinship games. The best college coach in america.

Florida lost at home to a weak team and OK also lost- whats your point?

Pete would dominate anyone right now.

The reason that SC is not playing for the NC is BCS politics plain and simple. Last time I checked Florida lost at home and OU got beat by Texas on a neutral field. Another factor that needs to be addressed is OU's less than sterling BCS bowl record, a big 0-4! Texas and SC should be squaring off for the title. As for Bad Boy, which is another moniker for whiney ass FUCLA fan, its probably a good thing that FUCLA did not go to a bowl game this year. They would have gotten their rear ends kicked again, thus spoiling the Pac-10's perfect bowl record.

The best part is that cry-baby pessimist Scott Wolfe gets to eat crow once again! We all know he dislikes SC but has to keep his crummy job at Daily News by writing articles on the team. He is a bitter little shrimp (just meet him some day)and you will enjoy USC's victories that much more. Scott Wolfe stews in his own gastric juices out of frustration over having to write about another USC victory.
Fight on SC!!!!!

All FUCLA fans are bitter, steamy dog shitts.
They are the worst team in the PAc-10, hell lets drop those losers and become the pac-9.

And YES! SC can roll onthe tators and spooners- Guaranteed Vegas would put them +10 on either one of those slow asss teams.

Where is that inbred Alabubba fan that is always posting in here now? Bama got their ass handed to them by Utah and the score was not that close. Lets hear it for the big bad SEC. What a crock. SC would kick the hell out of both Bama and FLA. PAC-10 5-0 in bowl games.

USC is simply the best. I hope Pete Carroll stays at USC forever. There is no doubt that USC is currently a dynasty program. GO TROJANS!

As much as I don't give a rats @$$ about Florida or anything that comes from Gainsville I don't think that USC could roll up on them and have their way with them. Florida will score points and they will score a lot. And Tebow will rack up yards to. If USC played Florida that would be a fantastic game and it won't be a ferris wheel ride for the Trojans.

The fact that the Trojans arent in the BCS championship game is because the League knows SUC (USC)is on a lower playing level compared to mighty Florida or Oklahoma, and either one of these teams would knock out SUC in the first quarter.

And why do guys call yourselves the "Trojans." Didnt Troy lose the war! Oh, yeah, I forgot, you guys dont read!

But I have to say I do like SUC, I mean the USC uniform. I like the fact that you guys wear the same colors as McDonald's. I guess that helps when you apply to go work over there!
Graduating from SUC really does pay off!

Hello SUC fan. Here are some posts for your reading pleasure.

.What do USC and UCLA students have in common?
They both got in to USC

.A guy in a bar leans over to the guy next to him and asks,“Wanna hear a USC joke?” The guy next to him replies,“Well, before you tell that joke, you should know something. I’m 6’ tall, 200 lbs., and I’m a USC graduate. The guy sitting next to me is 6’2”, weighs 225, and he’s a USC graduate. The fella next to him is 6’5” tall, weighs 250, and he’s a USC graduate. Now, you still wanna tell that joke?
The first guy replies:“Naw, not if I’m gonna have to explain it three times.”

.Members of the USC football team were placed in a remedial English class.“Because we are all new on campus we are going to start with the basics,” the professor explained.“Does anyone know what comes after a sentence?” All of the players raised their hands.“The appeal!” they all shouted with pride.

.Q: What are the best four years of a Trojan’s life?
A: Third grade

Q: Why doesn’t USC have ice on the sidelines?
A: The guy with the recipe graduated.

Q: What do you get when you drive slowly by the USC campus?
A: A degree.

Q: What does the average USC player get on his SAT’s?
A: Drool.

My personal favorite:
Q: How do you get a USC graduate off your porch?
A: Pay him for the pizza

The Pac-10 is a decent conference. However, they only fielded 5 teams for bowl games. The other major conferences fielded more teams than that...so, I don't believe the Pac-10 going 5-0 really states that they are the toughest conference in the nation.
