"I plan on staying here. I'm not leaving," he said. "So I need to not only make moves that will help us be a good football team next year but will help (me) be a better football coach in 2011."

WTF he plans on being here that long ~sigh~

Going juco every year , what does that say to the high schoolers that might be even thinking about coming here . It"s time for him to leave , the Big East is too big of a stage for Steve Crapthorpe

Let"s see in 06 we go 11-1 Orange Bowl Champs , 07" under a new and unproven coach from which the team that he left is doing very very well, coached by one of his assistance coaches who won two bowl games since he took over at UofL....He went 6-6 no bowl,,,08" 5-7 no bowl, and now comes 09",,,A team that every one of Bobby Petrino players has transfer or quit or pretended to be hurt so that they didn"t have to play for this guy, plus more road games plus no Ron English plus the transfer rate is higher than the unemployment rate in Ky alone. This program has step back ten years, in two years .So Iask you Tom Jurich how much longer is this fiasco is going to last , we are not going to purchase seats during this time of a on coming recession to watch a team that don"t want to play for their coach.

You keep telling us that we are re-building and that we are going to win, when you say these things do you really think that us fans are football ignorant? We are not. Even the fans that really dont know alot about football know that, you do not lose one definite starter, and one potential starting quarterback 9 days into the new year. We are still loosing players going into your third year. That is not re-building. Your destroying our program. There are teams that have been hit with sanctions and lost scolarship players that have not hit bottom like we have. Our program is not in violations of any kind. Yet we are re-building, so you say. Kragthorpe we left confrence usa for a reason. Your old Tulsa team has done better without you there. Yes you are a nice guy, even Charles Manson had friends that thought the same about him, but I dont want him coaching my home town football team. If you care about this program raise your voice and get this in over his head nice guy out of our program. If we keep loosing no one will put us on t v. I have been a louisville fan all my life. As long as nice guy kragthorpe is there .ROLL TIDE ROLL

Steve Kragthorpe IS Ron Cooper, with a little less melanin and not quite the coaching skills.

Tuberville was available not long ago. If Jurich wasn't talking to him (or at least TRYING to talk to him), then Jurich needs to go - and take Kragthorpe with him.

The problem is that students will purchase tickets next year. In support of the basketball team because its easier to get season tickets to basketball if you have football tickets. Unfortunately Jurich will think that means we Support Kragthorpe. Kragthorpe would fail with an elementary school team.
