Dolphins' Sparano bemoans poor kick coverage

Dolphins coach Tony Sparano loves his team's character and resilience, but his patience is wearing thin when it comes to his not-so-special teams' kick coverage units.

I did hear a rumor that Al Davis wants to meet with Bill Parcells this weekend to sell him a part of the Raiders?

As of right now the Raiders need him allot worse than we do. Other than Willford & that ST coach BP & Co. have done a nice job getting this thing turned around. If we were to lose BP at this very moment I think Sporano & Ireland can take it from here. Lets also not forget that when BP came in he was led to believe that Wayne would not sell the team. Since then he sold a good portion of his share, and is now ready to sell off nearly all his remaining intrest in the team. So lets not be surprised if BP walks long before his 4 years are up...GO PHINS!!!

The Dolphins learned this week that there are no easy wins. Concentration and execution are essential.
On special teams, I saw Carpenter kick off into the end zone for a touchback last week. At least I think that's what I saw. If it was, then he'll have to make more kick offs like it. Fields isn't looking like a long term solution. Cobbs seems to excel wherever he is playing. He missed a special teams tackle and was mad at himself. He is the right kind of player. The rest of special teams players should learn from him.

Sparano and Co, are doing a great job, any team can pull out a victory at any time, but these guys are teaching how to win the close ones, I believe the season is already beyond reasonable expectations real Phin Fans just need to ignore the Flotsam and Jetsam from the Jersey Shore GO Phins

Give it up already...

Flacco is having an average season at best... besides, the only place they could have drafted him was #1 and Flacco was not a #1 pick! quinn has 1 start under his belt. I wouldn't call either of them very good QBs, at least not yet.

As for Ryan, Jake Long is a great pick, and a much needed one! He'll be here for many years to come.I can accept that one! If you told me the Fins picked Vernon gholston who is not doing anything, it would be different.

Brees, well, blame that on Saban!
