Uh Preston, McGahee carried the ball 30 times against the Patriots and had his best game last year (138 yds, TD). He had a few other games he carried the ball 25-30 times last year and did it with the Bills as well so to say he is not capable is pretty idiotic.

Although it's bound to hurt his feelings, I think McGahee will have much less of the lime light this year and for good reason. The Ravens, after one game, have shown what multiple backs can do to pulverize and demoralize defenses. Granted, the Cincinnati Bengals are, well, the Bengals but when you continually bring in fresh legs and pound the ball, it will eventually wear down the opposition and I don't care who they are. Plus, it potentially keeps everyone healthy for the long haul. There might not be many individual 100 yard games but if you can amass 229+ every week, NO defense will look forward to playing Baltimore. The four-headed beast may just become our signature call to arms.

You could play the Bengals every week and if you think you're going to get 225+ yards rushing per game you know nothing about football. 225+ yards per game and you're on your way to Tampa!!!!!!!!!!

The Bengals have proven themselves to be a not so good team. It is hard to get too excited about anything we did to them, other than the fact that it was a divisional win.

This waves-of-runners thing only works over the long hall if the Ravens can show a credible passing attack. The onus will be on Flacco to have just enough of a passing attack to keep defenses honest. Some kind of balance is necessary.
