Giants must find new motivation

No longer the underdogs, Corey Webster and the Giants will need to find a new motivational tactic against DeSean Jackson's Eagles.

Sorry but this just dumb. These guys are professionals. If they need any more motivation other than this gets them one game closer to the Super Bowl, then something is wrong.

1 more thing: Last year the Gmen weren't favored to win any game. Philly was favored to beat the Vikings and half the writers think they will beat NY. Should be a great game.

With nothing to write about or just trying to follow a trend, the media once again comes up with total nonsense.
The fashionable thing to do now is to compare every thing to last year. Maybe after this year, it will be put to rest. It seems, according to the media, that every team that is the 6th seed in the NFL playoffs, is going to be like the 2007 Giants.
For years, all we heard about was how getting the top seed, getting homefield advantage was so important.
Suddenly, because of last year, now the 6th seed is the route to the Super Bowl Championship.
As you said, they are professional athletes. This isn't High School, motivation isn't needed by some speech or printed material on a bulletin board.
