Davis is an IDIOT. Should have kept Gruden and will probably hire Shell again. I have been a Raiders fan my entire life (40) and am ready for Davis to give it up. I liked Kiffin and believe that Davis should have stood behind him and let him call the shots, including firing people. We will never win again until Davis lets go. (like that will ever happen). RAIDERS #1
