Fire everyone. Blow up Cleveland. Then bury the franchise once & for all.
You're in the same division as the Steelers & Ravens. That ain't good for you.
Model the team/organization after the Steelers. Do what they do. Maybe you'll make something out of yourselves. One day.

I thought the Browns were one year away from being contenders. After watching today's game, I can now see they are missing a lot more pieces than we thought. WR's aren't the only thing we lack. We had no pass rush, our O-line wasn't holding the Steelers' pass rush, they weren't opening any holes for our run game, our pass defense still isn't up to par. We can keep improving under Holmgren, but I don't see this team going anywhere in 2011. I hope they prove me wrong.
