Oh man, does this suck.
First Series for Gram 0-3. Punt
Second series 2 power plays up the gut and pass that should have been int. Next pass his first comp and 1st down. Then the next pass broken up. 2nd and 10 waiting: Tyler, power play up the gut, one yard and cloud of dust. 3rd and 8: Throws it away and almost int again.
I'm sorry, not much faith in this guy

Alright, Packers starting deep inside on their own 1 yardline. Here is your chance to redeem yourself Gram!

First play: Power play up the gut to Nick coopper. 1 yard up the gut.

2nd and 9: Gram deep in endzone almost a safety underthrows and now 1 of 7 passing.

3rd and 9: Incomplete, pressured to Cobb

Punt deep in endzone. Cleveland on GB 40.

Gram, ya failed me again.

I've seen all I want to see. Time to turn it off.
Have a good wkend Eric

Good thing you went to sleep.Harrell on a 3rd and long, makes a nice throw to a wide open Ryan Taylor until Taylor stombles, falls and it gets INT and returned for a TD.
Good new is,Graham on the first 3rd down ( around 9) took off and p/u 10,,,bad news,on the next 3rd down, like i said Taylor was wide open and good enough for a 1st but it stumbled, tripped or whatever, fell and the Cleveland guy, right there for the pick!.YEP,thank god its preseason..Important to see how the Packers offense now down 26-7 reacts ect.

Marc Tyler,RB didnt impress to much running.Dropped a nicely set up screen pass, but, did p/u a blitz and had a few nice protection blocks, protecting Harrell and preventing the sack.
We could def. use Brandon Jackson, not real impressive runner, but, a darn good pass blocker

After watching highlights, supposedly, of the game, I would hope that the Packers just don't think they can flip a switch when the regular season starts and everything will be all right. Sloppy play in all aspects of this team so far in preseason. I know it's ony preseason and the coaches are looking at everyone but, so far not too impressed with what I am seeing. Damn injuries aren't helping. I also know it takes time to gel as a team but the Packers may not be as talented as we would like to think they are. Not in a panic yet but I sure would expect better play than what we have seen in the first 2 preseason games.

Yea,they didnt look real well. They didnt play 18 players, played guys in different positions, went on a 4th and 2 at their own 30ish and went for a 25 yard throw when in reg. season, they would have punted ( have to give AR some snaps) ect. No,they didnt look real good, but, it is preseason and thats what its for,to clean up,get down the timing, see what players can do ect.Next week is game 3 vs Cin.and that is when the starters get more playing time and its the final curtain before the regular season starts as the final preseason game ( game 4) its usually the backups playing a lot of it and get them some snaps, get them accustom to playing with the guys they will spend the season with ect.
IF they look bad next week,we should be concerned as the starters should be playing a huge chunk of it.but SD and Cle. in week 1 and 2 of the preseason isnt a biggie.

Panic? This is preseason. What if I told you the Giants were beaten badly in 5 preseason games last year? Seriously, I have no idea how many games they played or what the scores were. Nobody should know because it doesn't matter.

It would be nice to see some early signs of a superstar in the making. But be realistic. The Packers signed utility free agents, except possibly our center and the running back we didn't see. The bulk of the other changes are rookie and second year players. If you expect great play out of the gate you will be disappointed. The Packers need to gel by the end of the regular season and get enough wins to make the playoffs. 15-1 seasons are nice, but as we saw last year, it's not the ultimate goal.

About the only meaningful thing I've been able to determine this preseason is that our second string QB is quite a drop off from the starter. Keep in mind, the guy playing QB during the regular season will be Aaron Rodgers. That will make a difference.

I don't want any Packer player or coach to care about preseason SCORES. Individual performances are important, but because of the numerous substitutions nobody can expect continuity. Without continuity, no scoring drive or defensive stand is assured. The important thing for a team like the Packers is to fill the gaps and weaknesses from the previous season and get the new guys ready to play. Every other goal falls far back on the list of priorities. As long as the players and coaches keep their focus trained on preparing for the regular season, the preseaon will be a success.
