Why do newspapers have people write about sports when they know nothing about the sport? Is there anybody that knows football that believes any NFL team has a "drop-dead completion date of Sept. 9" for anything? I think it been proven convincingly that playing well at the END of the season is much more important than playing well at the beginning. In the case of the Packer defense it won't be completed by September 9. In fact, I bet the Packers have different people playing at the end of the season than at the beginning.
