Isnt it common sense?
Dont you think the reason those schools are winning is because they have better athletes than other less succesful schools?
That is why the recruiters go to them. Not merely because of the record history.
EX. St Cloud- had a better group of talent this year, had a better record, therefore college coaches went there.
