IF our defense can play well this year, it could very well be a great season.
Demps & Rainey are scary good, and Deonte Thompson hasn't even done anything at WR yet! Just wait until he has his breakout game, because he's another stud.

A great article as usual. Looking back during the Zook years, you and I did not see eye - to - eye. But you were writing words I could not read through my Orange and Blue glasses. You were right and I was wrong. Keep telling it the way you see it, even if hurts.

I was at the game and the excitement about the running game is off the charts. Granted it was Hawaii, having a stable of players in the back field that can break free and outrun defenders like that is a scary sight for opposing coaches.

Great comments Mike, these were my thoughts as I watched the game. I don't typically agree with you, but this column was right on and funny to boot. Who would have thought it!

The only thing hindering Florida's stable of "bunnies" is the defense. 56 points in 71 plays? The offense needs more time on the field to use the stable they have. If they could use all of their strengths, they could rack up 120 points a game easily.

I am really worried about this year. We've got a really tough schedule and a coach who doesn't have a clue how to put together a game plan...Tebow left, Tebow right, Tebow up the middle. All of our skill position players (although fast) are very delicate and injury prone. We have been recruiting too many girlie men.
