Great game, Mr. Longwell (19 fantasy points). The defense also played very well. The offense has to finish drives and get the ball in the end zone. Mr. Childress, you can go away now... and take that pet project you call a QB with you.

Longwell is a great player...can't help it his leg was worn out after carrying that offense.

Probably the only game Longwell had that was better (in terms of fantasy) was 2 years ago when he scored a TD!!!

Longwell did well enough. There's someting wrong if your team is asking its kicker to provide all the points. The Vikings lost because they couldn't find the end zone, not because their kicker didn't make a sixth field goal. No, it's not the kicker's fault. It's the KAO which requires a very experienced QB to run it...something the Vikes don't have.

Minny is 2 or 3 plays away from being 2-0. This game especially should not have even got this close. T.Jack going deep on third and short multiple times while the reciever is covered... stupid. Whats worse is Childress running Taylor on a crucial 3rd and 5(4th qtr.) when T.Jack had just completed some passes and was in a rythm for the first time in the game.
Where is the play calling you had in Philly?
2 more weeks for T.Jack and if this result persists he will be hittin' the road (T)Jack...yeah that was lame. Just about as lame as Shiacoe's useless inhability to catch a football. Big V you have had many drops as a Viking but none bigger that that missed TD.
Sidney and Bernard still have to do a better job on there routes and getting open in general. Winfield still rules!

Oh yeah Longwell more than 5 field goals is asking a lot. Especially when the sixth one is from 49 yards away!

This shouldn't be an issue. They missed one as well. We didn't call a game well enough to put 7 points up.

Its almost like they are blaming this loss on Longwell. He's the only one that produced any of the Vikings points. Longwell did a terrific job in my book. The defense did well too. They were on the field alot due to the offense not finishing drives and having to punt. And for your starting QB who only has 7 yards passing in the first half??? You're gonna lose!!! Throw the ball and convert. And that goes for the receivers...If its thrown right at your number, ya best be doing the best you can to catch it. I think Tavarias is afraid to throw the ball to tell you the truth. He needs to sit the bench!!!!

Vikes fans, don't feel too bad. You have a solid team, you just need a QB.

I can't believe people are talking about the missed field goal, maybe if they run the ball since they have the two great running backs, Manning would not have had the time to make the comeback. This is basic football, if you have the lead in the fourth quarter you run down the clock, not throw passes that stop the clock.
