You people who say the Vikes should move to LA are
not sports fans I get it

Why don't you save your comments for your Ballet
and Museums and your theatres

Sports fans deserve to have their venues to support their teams in too!!!

I have to apologize to all Packer fans for ripping Matt Flynn because of a poor offensive performance on Sunday. T jack has been in the league 5 years now and cannot run a pro offense. The O-line did not do him any favors though. I drank 3 Mountain Dews during the game and still fell asleep at half time because it was literally the most boring game ever. Even 41-0 vs the Giants in the NFC championship was more fun to watch.

Felt the same way watching Packer Lion game. It was so awful. If the NFL was always like that I would have a lot more time on my hands. Last night was just as horrible.

Time to move on- wipe the slate clean from coaches to players and start over again. This group got old, gutless, and complacent in one season
Don't forget about our draft team. With the exception of Greenway, Rice, and Peterson our drafts have been underwhelming

Vikings?...playoff dreams? Are you kidding me? Ha Ha Ha...this is the funniest thing I have read in a long time. The Queens season was over way before this season even started. Now, the team is in shambles, the stadium issue is so comical it hurts...ha ha ha, this is the funniest thing ever. Playoff dream?...yep, that is all it will ever be, for many more seasons to come!
Move this team to LA, please and lets get a real team to join the Bears and Packers in the NFC North.
I wish there were a football IQ test that would weed out posts like this

Sure we are fans, but we're also tired of the same ole, same ole team we have. Minnesotans are well known for being "fair-weather" fans and we also have a right to complain when we are disappointed by the Vikes, once again. This is a public forum and we can post our displeasure with the Vikes, same as you can post your support of them if you want to.

Kiln, MS - The NFL granted a playoffs waiver to LeakiDefense quarterbacks Favre and Jackson on Tuesday, but they remained on the roster pending a possible appeal.
Vikings officials were given two hours to lodge an appeal and their lawyer, Slippery Slope, said it was likely she would. An appeal would have to be heard by Benchwarmer Bob within 48 hours.
Favre, the 200-year-old QB, has been held in a Vikings prison for months since being lured out of retirement. Distractions due to a league sexting investigation have not helped either. He denies wrongdoing and his agent says he plans to coach high school football again .
At Monday's Giants game, former coach Brad C. said Vikings players would have to abide by strict conduct conditions during post game diversions in Detroit. Players would have to wear electronic tags, recover at a registered address, report to police every evening and observe two four-hour curfews each day.
Forest Lake Nimrod, I wish you'd quit posting these inane attempts at comedy. Write this crap in your diary and don't subject us to it. Criminy.

You are not much of a fan if you don't support the team and you want them to leave

That egg the Vikes laid did help Frazier, completely uninspired performance. Wasn't impressed with his teams effort at all. No excuses about weather or home field, both teams had to deal with the change of venue.
The words overmatched, sloppy, lathargic come to mind.
I'd still like to see a big name coach in here to put the pieces back together again. If they get this wrong again, it be 8 years before they're competitive again.
You are kidding right? With free agency, trades, and proper use of the draft a team can be competitive again almost overnite. Especially if you havae an owner that is vested isn winning and willing to reach into the pockets..........Ziggy seems to fit that profile, he just needs to hire a GM that is capable and relegate himself to simply signing the checks..........

Well, I know what to say to you.......come up with some other interests besides this insane infatuation with the vikings. They may well never play here again after this season. What are you going to do, commit suicide?

In an age of continuous cable and internet sports programming and NFL every-game packages, who cares where a team is physically located? With the financial situation in such trouble at the state and Federal levels, I doubt that there will be any stadiums built anywhere for the foreseeable future, especially in LA. I think the league may even significantly contract within five years due to a lack of available funding and there will be a surplus of stadiums.

Just double up teams for now... the Giants and Jets already share a stadium. The Vikings and Lions could share a stadium on alternate Sundays, or the Vikings could move in with the Gophers. Either way, who needs a new stadium. Besides, the stadium does not help make a loser team into a World Champion. The Vikings went to the SB four times out of the old Met Stadium, which was basically a college-level stadium. Since moving into the present dump? Nada.

I do have other interests and football is the only sport Im interested in.Obviously youre not a fan of any thing.I question what youre doing in a football forum if you have no interest in it.Id say that you feel threatened by getting a new stadium cause it might take away something that youre infatuated with.

The picture youre not seeing is how many people come to the state solely to see the Vikings that would never come here other wise.Youd be better served looking into all the money the state and government waste on other things we dont need.Im all for getting an outdoor stadium.Youre elected officials are the ones breaking the bank not the Vikings.
