The Steelers need to get rid of Bruce Ariens as fast as possible. He is the most predictable OC in the NFL and was consistently out coached through out the year. The Steelers also need to fire their Special Teams coach and get a place kickker that can put the ball in the opposing team's end zone. If I see another "squib" kick off, I'm going to loose it.
