Former Raiders CB Chris Johnson Thankful For Al Davis, Raiders

Were it not for Al Davis odds are former Raiders cornerback Chris Johnson would be sitting at home right now hoping some NFL team might give him an invite to training camp in July.

Gotta respect his appreciation. With so many players feeling entitelment, it's refreshing to see a player respect what he went through, the opprtuities afforded him and him taking it for what it is.

Sad part is he is probably right about leadership. I am not a fan of ray Lewis, but he is the unquestioned leader. We don't have that or at least it's not obvious if we do. Who knows what goes on behind closed doors in the locker room.
