Looks like the Panthers are having a house cleaning this offseason.I like Delhomme, but he was the major contributor to their disappointing season last year.A few tweaks was all they needed but it looks like a major overhaul is in progress.Looks like they are gonna try to get young, fast.

I think the first person on the "You're fired" list should have been John Fox.

No one left on the roster that could block like Hoover. Lots of holes to fill in.

Ok I agreed with cutting Jake D., but Hoover? What are they thinking? Please keep Steve Smith & DeAngelo Williams at least Panthers. Geez!

Bad and very unpopular move on the Panthers part. Dollar for Dollar,Brad was one of the most productive Panthers. When he was out for a couple of games, the run game suffered. Fiametta is half the blocker tha t Hoover IS (not was). I would be OK with Hoover going with another team and coming back to "haunt us".:)

shouldn't have let him go, he was very good and didn't require a huge salary.

John Fox can't get it right. Should have fired Jake last year, not given him an extension. Should have kept Hoover this year. He too good to be gone.

Brad has far more class than the Panters deserve, they will not be any better next season untill they fire fox and his staff . And they had a jewl for mere pennies.

Very dissappoint to hear about Hoover. As for Jake, I hate to see anyone out of a job during these times, but he should have been gone a long time ago. With Peppers and Hoover gone, Panthers are really going to suck hind tit. So much for a Super Bowl in this life time.

Brad Hoover is football. Hard nosed, blocking back for little $$$$ is the same as O'line for little $$$. For the $$$ Delome and Peppers cost, Charlie Brown could have a winning team.
Fire John Fox and let's play football.
Right now, we have the Carolina Kitty Kats.
Season ticket owners, go spend your $$$ on something worth paying for.
Peppers ain't worth what he's getting, no human is, and Brad go find what some other team who knows what football is.

What are the Panthers thinking? They were lucky to have Brad.

This team has just released a fullback that was the first in NFL history to block for two 1100 yard rushers. I played against him in high school and I went to college with him at WCU and I can tell you that he is the heart and soul of that team. With only one year left on his contract, its hard to believe that they would grant him one more year to play in Carolina and retire a Panther. Its going to be hard to pull for them from now on.
