Hopefully some of the Raiders' underachievers will get the message when they see Kiffin going with Clemons and Fargas. It's no coincidence that the special teams have improved ahead of everything else on Kiffin's watch. They understand that you have to pay the price if you want to play on this squad now, and into the future. Although we would all have liked to have seen more wins at this point in the season, I believe Kiffin is changing the culture in Raiderland for the better.

Clemmons is definatly one of the better new faces on the team this year. I think with Derrick Burgess, Gerrard Warren, Tommy Kelly, and Clemmons on the front line, we are at our best. Terdell Sands, Tyler Brayton and Jay Richardson are only good on running downs. I really hope Sapp retires...
