The Raiders need to go in a different direction and change the outlook with the players by hiring a persoanl therapist as soon as a good coach is in place.

Actually I think Tom Cable is the interim head coach.
Mike Shannahan story all over again.... HC fired OL coach named new coach... Mike Shannahan was not paid the remainder of his contract... Will Kiffin??? Shannahan went on to coach the Broncos, won 2 championships and has dominated the Raiders ever since... Will Kiffin get picked up by KC or SD and do the same??? |
