Jets management said a lot of nice things about Eric Mangini on Monday. Words such as "amazing" and "loyal." He was a hard worker, a good teacher and he has "laid a foundation" for success, team officials said.

Mangini was a looser of a coach. The Jets have not had a good coach since Weeb Eubank. They haven't had a good owner since Sonny Werblin.
