Actually, both BLOCK-HEad and o'rourke were wrong again-- as were the loser eagle fans who really thought they were picked to win=== eagles are colossal losers and always will be. Sooner you realize it and find a winning team, the better...

If McSlob had a better 1st half....they would have been in a better position to win the game.

Plus...once again, Reid's time management (or lack thereof)was critical.

Don't take it so hard Eagle fans. Your team played a heck of a game. The eagles should not even have been in that game. The score didn't show it but the eagles were outmatched in every aspect of this game. The Giants were by far the better team. It was close because of some horrible play calling by the Giants in the red zone. With the talent on the Giants there are different ways we could have capitalized on some of the field position we had.

Until you win your first Super Bowl, maybe you should shut up. Typical Eagles fan:
Week one loss-We can still do it, this it our year
Week two loss-We can still do it, it's still our year
Week three loss-We can get the wild card and still have it be our year
Week four loss-it's a rebuilding year, we'll get them next year!

"Giants found a way to win"??

It's more like, "The Eagles Found A Way To Stay Close".

Hands down, the Giants are a better team in every aspect. The score should not have been as close as it was at the half, and later on at the end. The Giants won in spite of themselves, not the other way around.

Headlines like this remind me of an Iron Pigs game over the summer where I had the fortune of a nice Giants/Eagles discussion with one of those "rabid" Philly fans. He actually had the audacity to predict the Eagles would be 13-3 this year. This is how naive these folks are.

I love it!!

L*O*S*E*R LOSER!!! I liked McReid in the post game show. How many times did he say: We will learn from our mistakes. The mistakes have been happening for at least 5 freaking years. Bad play calling, Bad clock management, Kissing McLips a.s.s.
Mcnabb & Reid has been together 10 years, if they haven't learned by now they never will.
And how about Mcnabb getting winded on a 7 yard run. Looked like was going to puke again. He can't handle the pressure.

It is so funny to hear an eagle fan telling a Giant fan about winning the Super Bowl again. Why don’t you win one Super Bowl? You have to be kidding me. Let’s make a deal I'll shut up after the eagles win one Super Bowl. Can you tell me to shut up again until the Giants win another Super Bowl? It was funny and the day is kind of dragging. If I see other Giant fans today can use that one. When does spring training open up again? Stick to baseball leave the football to the real men. Was Westbrook in the game last night? I think I saw him once but there were so many white jerseys fling around the ball I couldn't make him out.

What game was this turkey watching?

Giants running game flattened the Beagles. If the Giants didn't make mistakes the game would have been 49 to 10.

Come on fellow Giant fans...you have to at least give credit to the Eagles O'line for protecting McNabb. That helped them stay in the game.

That said, the Giants dominated this game which wasn't nearly as close as the score.

And yes, perhaps the Giants will win the Super Bowl this year. And if they do, that will make it 4.

How many have the Eagles won?

The only redeeming thing from this weekend was the Lafayette won... at least Lehigh could have done the decent thing and knocked off Colgate for us... but NOOOOO!

I thought the eagles O-Line did an ok job. If the refs would call John Runyan once in awhile for holding Tuck would have had a highlight reel. Runyin tackled Tuck at least three times. Inside the shoulder pads holding is on every play it’s understood and all teams do it. Runyan hooks Tuck around the neck and brings him to the ground is a flagrant hold and the refs should throw a flag.

Reid is horrible, plain and simple. Stick a fork in him. Always talking about learning from his mistakes, then why do they continue to happen. Despite looking winded after a short scramble and not getting a play off before the 2 min. warning, McNabb wasn't as bad as I expected him to be. To the Giants fans, hands-down you have the better team right now, but if you weren't so insecure about your team's chances of a repeat you wouldn't be on here trashing the Birds.
