The Saints dirty tactics are not going to work in the Super Bowl. You are on a neutral field, and hopefully you will not have the benfit of not being penalized for your onslaughts. If you don't win the Super bowl, you will still be famous, or infamous for something.

colts are going to stomp the saints. the saints will surely be getting penalized each and every time they try to hit manning late like they got away with doing to favre all game. and thats if they can even get to manning. the saint/viking game was surely fixed and the nfl is a complete joke when it comes to calling fair games. the nfl is a crooked business with lots and lots of money involved. And money always leads to corruption and scheming. im just happy to be a packer fan, i like losing out the fair way by just being outplayed and losing before things get so intense.

As long as Williams of the Saints is saying what I understand,is to knock Peyton around anytime they get near him. That being the case, find out how tough Brees is. I would like to see him get smacked just half as hard as Favre was hit, and I would bet he wouldn't get up at all. Then you would hear the whimpers from their side. Go Colts. Lay it on them. I used to cheer for the Saint's, not any longer. I have no respect for dirty playing or bad mouthing.

What are you drinking. It is easy look at a common game.
Colts vs. Patriots 35-34 won in the last minute.
Saints vs. Patriots 38-17 Not close and the dogs were called off, both games were on home field.
So wake up it will not be a walk away for either team. Both are great this year. The Saints will win and yes Payton will be harassed and knocked down all day. If your DE is out is will tough to stop the Saints. Ask Phoenix or Minnesota and look at the points scored. In two playoff games the Saints scored 76 against two good teams. Stop drinking the Kool-aid.

You are still drinking the Kool-Aid. The refs did not give the game to the Saints. Did you watch it? When it was a late hit we were flaged. If we dont get flaged twice in one series you can take 7 off the board. You could make a call to take 14 off because of the flags and not all were late. It was protecting the Old man.
Now this weekend we have to not hit the poster boy for the NFL. NOT! Wake up and smell the coffee. If you guys think this is going to be a blow out by the Colts I want you guys are drinking!

sounds like a lot of disgrunteled Vik fans here, if you want to complain, complain about the butter on the ball. I wanted the viks to win too, but they blew it with the turnovers, not the refs.
this should be a good game, one or the other could run away with the game, but if it goes back and forth like it should, it will most likly be a FG in overtime that wins the title.....

The NFL disagrees with you.

"During the on-air portion of the "Official Review" segment of NFL Network's Total Access, V.P. of officiating Mike Pereira admitted that a flag should have wiped out the third-quarter interception thrown by Vikings quarterback Brett Favre, due to a low hit applied by Saints defensive end Bobby McCray.

It's possible that referee Pete Morelli swallowed the whistle because he had called a roughing the passer penalty only a few plays earlier, extending the drive. But Pereira explained that the driving of Favre into the ground was "poster-child" evidence of a personal foul."

Wow well watch the entire play he was pushed to the ground before he went for the tackel. I will wait to see what you have to say?

Because the NFL's V.P. of Officiating probably hasn't watched the entire play. Probably just heard about it in passing at the gym.

And you think that's a valid comparison? The Colts have played the Pats twice a year for the past 7 years. Both staffs and players know each other very well. If you don't think that matters, then explain the Saints losing to TB.

.

You're the one with the grape mustache. I can't believe you're actually holding up Arizona as an example of a strong defense. They ranked 17th in total defense, 23rd in passing yards allowed, and 17th in rushing yards allowed. Minnesota, a much better example, ranked in the top 10 in all those categories, except passing yards allowed where they ranked 19th.

In contrast, the Colts played 2 of the top 3 defenses IN THE NFL to get to the SB. The Ravens were 3rd in the NFL in total defense, and 3rd in scoring defense. The Colts won that matchup 20-3. The Jets were ranked #1 in total defense, and first in almost all other defensive yardage categories. They lost to the Colts 30-17.

The Saints defense is no where near a top defense, coming in at #25. The Colts, themselves, had a top 10 defense until the last 2 games of the season when they stopped playing their starters. It's easy to tell. Look at the scores of their 2 playoff games.

This game may not be a blowout, but the Saints will have one steep, uphill climb. It doesn't matter whether Freeney plays, or not. His replacement, Raheem Brock, would be a starter for just about any other team in the NFL. The Colts shouldn't miss a beat.

GO COLTS!!! 31-20

Its easy to buy hired guns and win the superbowl. try drafting to win a superbowl, like the Cowboys, Saint Roger, Troy, next year Romo. Dee Brees is just a hired gun..besides this just proves the Cowboys are the True Champions.
WOW Do you anything about football. Drew was released by the Chargers because of an surgery and he is the 17th highest paid quarteback in the NFL. Yes they have 16 quarteback getting paid more than him. Go figure. So lets here what you have to say now!

The score speaks for itself. 31-17 Saints was an ass whipping. Peyton Manning displayed his skills last night the way dad Archie did when he was a QB for the Saints, a choker! hahaaa

you are a pathetic loser.
You hide behind that fake green bay packer fan b.s. you are allways dishing out, the way Paula Manning hid under her helmet when she ran off the field with time on the clock yesterday after pulling a Butt Favre and throwing away the whole season.

You are just a sad viking fan that cant get over the reality that your team is a bunch of losers !

Pack up your pointy plastic helmet with the little gay horns and fake yellow braids and move to LA.

Saints whipped your asses fair and square just like they did to the Ballsnomore Cant's and Paula Manning yesterday.

Go cry in your cheap ass vodka ( skol )

purple faced egg head, The packers will own the NFC for the next couple of seasons while you hang around filling sand bags to keep those 10,000 lakes from flooding your basements.

Go motorboat Brents butt some more to try to get him to come back.
Maybe chilly can pick him up and take him to the motel 6 again for more closed door coaching sessions.

Pants on the ground.

Exactly why would the game be a "fixed gift"? Would you please elaborate?

Drew Brees is better than Manning and Brady as of right now, Debate over. More Td's thrown this season, Fewer int's, 2nd most yards thrown in a single season in the history of the league (5,069), Highest completion percentage in league history (70%), 2nd highest completion percentage in Superbowl history (82%), Tied for most completions in Superbowl history (32), Fisrt NFC team to start a season 13-0 since the nfl afl merger in 1970,#1 offense in the league 3 of last 4 years, First team to enter playoffs on a 3 game losing streak and win the Superbowl, FedEx air player of the year, Superbowl MVP and now he has the ring to validate ..... Brees is Elite !!!
