Grant shooting indictments

The News learned Tuesday afternoon that the Early County grand jury has handed down indictments in the Feb. 2 shooting on North Church St. involving the New Orleans Saints’ Charles Grant which left a pregnant Blakely woman dead.
Count One
In the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, charge and accuse Laquient Macklin with the offense of Felony Murder for that the said accused, in the County and State aforesaid, on February 3, 2008, did then and there unlawfully, while in the commission of a felony, to-wit:
Aggravated Assault, as alleged in Count 3, herein, did cause the death of Korynda Reed, a human being, by assaulting Korynda Reed with a deadly weapon, to-wit: a handgun, contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof

Count Two
And the Grand Jurors aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, further charge and accuse Laquient Macklin with the offense of Feticide for that the said accused, in the County and State aforesaid, on February 3, 2008, did then and there unlawfully, willfully kill an unborn child so far developed as to be ordinarily called "quick" by committing an injury to Korynda Reed, mother of said unborn child, by assaulting Korynda Reed with a deadly weapon, to-wit: handgun which would be murder if it resulted in the death of said mother, contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
Count Three
And the Grand Jurors aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, further charge and accuse Laquient Macklin with the offense of Aggravated Assault for that the said accused, in the County and State aforesaid, on February 3, 2008, did then and there unlawfully, make an assault upon the person of Korynda Reed, with a deadly weapon, to-wit: a handgun, contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

Count Four
And the Grand Jurors a for said, in the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, further charge and accuse Woodrow Gray with the offense of Aggravated Assault for that the said accused, in the County and State aforesaid, on February 3, 2008, did then and there unlawfully, make an assault upon the person of Charles Grant, with a knife, a deadly weapon and an object which when used offensively against a person is likely to result in serious bodily injury, contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
Count Five
And the Grand Jurors aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, further charge and accuse Laquient Macklin, Marshae Stromer, Charles Grant, Anthony Williams, Jarvis Tinson, Rodreaco Gray; aka Rico, and Woodrow Gray with the offense of Involuntary Manslaughter for that the said accused, in the County and State aforesaid, on February 3,
2008, did then and there unlawfully, while in the commission of an unlawful act, to-wit: Affray, which is a misdemeanor as provided in O.C.G.A.§ 16-11-32, cause the death of Korynda Reed, a human being, without any intention to do so, contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
Count Six
And the Grand Jurors aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, further charge and accuse Laquient Macklin, Marshae Stromer and Charles Grant with the offense of Affray for that the said accused, in the County and State aforesaid, on February 3, 2008, did then and there
unlawfully, fight with another, to wit: Anthony Williams, Jarvis Tinson, Rodreaco Gray; aka Rico, Woodrow Gray and other persons unknown to the Grand Juryin a public place, to wit: North Church Street, Blakely, Early County, Georgia, to the disturbance of the public tranquility, contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

And the Grand Jurors aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, further charge and accuse Anthony Williams, Jarvis Tinson, Rodreaco Gray; aka Rico and Woodrow Graywith the offense of Affray for that the said accused, in the County and State aforesaid, on February 3,
2008, did then and there unlawfully, fight with another, to wit: Laquient Macklin, Marshae Stromer and Charles Grant , in a public place, to wit: North Church Street, Blakely, Early County, Georgia, to the disturbance of the public tranquility, contrary to the laws of said State, the good
order, peace and dignity thereof.
Count Eight
And the Grand Jurors aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, further charge and accuse Derrick Bush with the offense of Carrying a Concealed Weapon for that the said accused, in the County and State aforesaid, on February 3, 2008, did then and there unlawfully, and knowingly carry about his person, outside of his home and outside of his place of business, not in an open manner and not fully exposed to view, a firearm, to wit: a handgun, contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
Count Nine
And the Grand Jurors aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, further charge and accuse Derrick Bush with the offense of Carrying Weapon to Public Gathering for that the said accused, in the County and State a for he said, on February 3, 2008, did then and there unlawfully, carry to a public gathering, to wit: Pokey's, a place that sells and serves alcohol for on premises consumption, a firearm, to wit: a handgun, contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
Count Ten
And the Grand Jurors aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, further charge and accuse Rakevion Harris; aka Yam with the offense of Discharging Firearm Within 50 Yards of a Street for that the said accused, in the County and State aforesaid, on February 3, 2008, did then and there unlawfully, without legal justification, did discharge a gun, within 50 yards of a public street, to-wit: North Church Street, Blakely, Georgia, contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

Because of Grant’s Other Cousin (Latoya Bush) is a college student of Albany Technical College. and she couldn’t Believe it that her brother is was carrying the gun around Pokey's and assaulted to people, he does not shoot nobody. Phillip Daniels ,the other Cousin of Grant stated that .but he is do wrongly that his gang .Like Flemingians so Terry Toole and its Team forgot to wrote on Newspaper. when Daniels stated When Marshae Stromer Did not pass the Graduation Test to due to Deadly weekend in Blakely the Pregnant woman Killed also he said. Toronto Argonauts Football Star ,Keyon Nash (Who Shared with Grant on 2002 NFL Draft).told His Grandmother (Shirley A.“Shirland” Stromer) also no surprises for her grandsons
Keyon Nash also told His Mother and Stepfather that both seen on News for their Son ,and nephew in Courthouse in Blakely .even ECN ’s Flemings and Especially MCL’ s (Terry) Toole about Grant Shooting Indictments. Since the Death of His aunt ,Tamikia Stromer at His ATV Accident ,when His Cousin Jacquaris Hawkins to Join a live with Teresa & Ralph’s Home.
During the Pregnant woman incident . Did in Blakely on Church Street ,Not Happening Phillip Daniels’ Hometown in Donalsonville because too ganged on the street. Daniels said Does not Happening my Hometown and L . A. P.D .

The News learned Tuesday

Church Street involving the

Laquient Macklin was
indicted with felony murder,
feticide and aggravated
assault by the grand jury.
Macklin along with Charles
Grant, Marshae Stromer,
Anthony Williams, Jarvis
Tinson, Rodreaco Gray and
Woodrow Gray were indicted
with involuntary manslaughter.
Woodrow Gray was also
indicted with aggravated
assault, charged with the
stabbing of Grant.
Macklin, Stromer, Grant,
Williams, Tinson, Rodreaco
Gray and Woodrow Gray were
all indicted with “Affray” for
the fighting.
Derrick Bush was indicted
with carrying a concealed
weapon to a public gathering
and Rakevion Harris (aka,
Yam) was indicted with discharging
a firearm within 50
yards of a street.

The incident happened on
North
Main Street around 1
a.m. Sunday morning, Feb.
3. Police responding to a
fight found 23-year-old
Korynda “Possum” Reed of
Blakely lying in the street,
with a gunshot wound to
the head. The New Orleans
Saints’ Charles Grant, a former
Miller County and
UGA football standout, was
stabbed during the melee.
According to witnesses, a
fight between Grant’s
entourage and other
patrons broke out in Pokie’s
Club on North Church
Street. The fight moved to
the street crowded with several
hundred people. Grant
was stabbed in the neck and
moments later gunfire
broke out.
Grant’s stab wound was
treated at Early Memorial
Hospital. Reed, who was
reportedly five months pregnant,
was transported
directly to Southeast
Alabama Medical Center in
Dothan where she and the
baby were pronounced dead.

Korynda about same age of Latoya.
After that Teresa & Ralph Warren decided to lock & Secure at their house, because the strangers leave the door unlocked because We've burglarize it.What Happens here. Victim's Cousin, Dominique Sol decided after Korynda's Funeral,Keep the culb secure Under 21 Years of age.When Phillip Daniels, the football star, & Owner of L.A.P.D with his wife. Said "We've not never happening in Donalsonville (my Hometown),because bring no streets from Bainbridge, Colquitt, and Blakely, be too many Ganged on the streets".
Also another football Star from Colquitt is , Brandon Miller,also we've never happening around streets, because they shot , said his mother , Merle Miller.
While Laquient Macklin the sentenced to life in Prison.for killing a pregnant woman, Korynda Reed's fetus.
