Hey Chad.. The Bengals love you and your fans love you. If you get your way and get traded you will be the most hated player in the NFL. The Bengals need you and they want you and they don't blame you for this past season...There is no I in team. May God direct you to make the right decision.

I was a raider fan for my whole life (36 years), up until about a week ago. I honestly believe that Al Davis has lost all concepts of reality. I will not root for them until he is gone - you fill in the thought. Yes, Al loves big names - Moss - to name one, but what do they put around him - nothing. Davis won't even let Kiffen join in on pre draft meetings! Davis is supposed to be an evaluator of talent? Can he even see ten feet in front of him, over his grandma glasses? I've had enough and I hope they loose all 16 games, every season, for the rest of Al's life and then his ghost is forced to haunt the L.A. Colleseum for eternity.

There was a report on ESPN saying Johnson never said he would sit ou, or that he at least would not sit out if he stayed with the Bengals.

now we just hired Lofton so we need to get rid of porter (who is a free agent) and trade for chad. or look at some of the others in the market.

I am convinced that to continue to be a Raiders fan is t continue and be a massicist. The Raiders will never taste - no - smell success, until whomever inherits them decides that the should run the entire organization like a full functioning adult. The owner is as rediculus as the gang banger fans in the stands than shank people for cheering on the other team. I will re - evaluate them when ownership changes. Lofton? Whoop de do - that is just a trick to make people remember the good times - he'll probably suck because Al chose him...

Karl, I dont know if this is an american mindset, but over here in the UK, with soccer teams once you're for a team you're with that team for life .. its called blind loyalty win loose, draw wahtever. Granted its slightly different when a franchise changes cities and then its name like the Rams & Oilers did ( and in both cases I sympathise with the fans ).. but surely you're not that fickle that you "re-evaluate" a team on a season to season basis ... don't you get any sense of pride in being a fan through the bad times ???... Makes the good times that come after all the more enjoyable.

All you idiots just don't seem to understand. The head of the dragon has lost his mind. He no longer has a sence of reality. He is absolutly crazy and knows that it doesn't matter because you all will continue to buy the tickets and jerseys and paint your faces silver, telling yourselves that "commitment to excellence" is a reality. Go on, believe in your team, it's not mine anymore... I refuse to be a fan (fanatic) for a team that has lost the ability to think. Soccer?... Please, I stoped playing kick the can when I was 9. Hate on this, sweety, I hope YOUR high point of the year comes when you can beat K.C. again next year... if you can? Bad times are one thing, maybe they last two or three years, but you see a light at the end of the tunnel, but THIS?... This is an absolute lack of football understanding, a lack of brains, too much pride, a belief that if we sigh "tough guys" that the rest of the leauge will just fumble the ball instead of allowing themselves to be tackled. I thought Kiffen was a wonderful hire, and aparently he was because Al won't let him win. He continually gets in his way, as if he has any idea about post Madden Era Football. Loosers! Loosers! Loosers! I would no more follow a leader that leads me over a cliff year after year than to keep allowing myself to be duped by the Godfather, Al Davis. Raider fans... you have become cub fans, the game is such a fun spectacle, it's a great party, but you will never win with AL DAVIS!!!!!!!!!! never. I am too smart to continue to believe that he will ever figure it out. Remember my name KARL form Austin.

you may be right about chad but we did get that bum randy moss. but i will admit that was the worst mistake ever made by al davis. i really dont care if chad comes or not. i'd be ok with it but chad is another moss but in oakland they wont blame him for anything like the bengals do.

the raiders need line help on both sides. That is how you make a team... strong lines, not superstar position players. J Russel, please, R Moss, please - Get Dorsey and start over once again. BUT they wont!

Oh and the wort mistake evar made by Al Davis was sitting Marcus Allen down forever because he didn't like him. He didn't trade him, he just payed him and benched him, for countless games, but you probably don't remember that because you probably wern't born yet.

your wack...our o-line did great last year better than the last 10 years or so. yes we will need to help that line alittle but our focus should be on the dt spot and safety. also it takes good recievers to get open if the wr never get open then why even play. we need help big time there as well. quit hatin.

Oh, they need "a little help?" So, what your saying is that Karl from Austin is correct then? That's what I thought you said, well thank you for taking the time to tell me that I'm correct.

And you know what else? You do not need to sign super star recievers. Wes Welker was not a superstar and I think he's fitting in pretty well with the Pats. And no I'm not a pats fan - I hate them more than the raiders! You need recievers that are coached up and that are capable of catching a decently thrown ball. An NFL QB should be able to throw the ball where it can be catched, but oh, I almost forgot we havn't had a good NFL QB since Gannon!

Also, jrussfan2, if you have a good d line with a great pass rush, their QB does not have tons of time to throw the ball! So, their isn't such a huge responsablity on the safty position to clean up messes constantly. No I am not a cowgirl fan, but why are you not a charger fan? Do you need to feel pain to prove to yourself that you are alive? Are you a "cutter," you can tell me.
