It is going to be dismally anti-climactic the day after the season ending game when Wilf announces...wait for it...that he will retain Childress. I only hope the whole state doesn't riot. As for Fitzgerald not being thrilled with the QB play in Arizona, he can hardly be more thrilled at the prospect of a Favre-less Vikings team. It is fun watching Favre extend his records and seeing the improved play of Gerhart and Abdullah. Other than that - and the role of spoiler - Vikings fans are searching for a meaningful Thanksgiving. Beat the Packers. Skol Vikings.

As a fan of Tarvaris Jackson,(TJOKE),as the Tea Party fan club members of the Vikings calls him. I hope they trade him fast to a team where fans know all about football. A team where fans clear less about wearing Michelle Bachman's panties and know a decent QB when they see one. I suppose any of the other 31 teams qualify, and mightly so.
JOe..they had no takers, only Rosenfels...the rest of the league does not share your enthusiam for the Chilly Project...nice guy, god awful QB.

Theres no hope of Dungy (he has already said it several times), and Gruden hates the cold states and loves his new gig. Cowern would be great but I think its doubtfull he would return to coaching in MN. Maybe we can convince Brian Billick.

Don't give up hope yet. Looking at the schedules for the rest of the season, I predict the Vikings go 6 and 1 losing only to the giants and end up at 9 and 7. The Bears lose 6 of their last 7 games and end up at 7 and 9. The packers lose 4 of their last 7 and end up at 9 and 7. With the vikings and packers having the same record, the next tie breaker is head to head. We will be at 1 to 1. The next tiebreak is common opponents. We will have played 12 common teams by the end of the year. We will have won or lost to the same teams in 10 of those games. We lost to the Jets and the pack won. We will beat the redskins and the pack has already lost to them. That is a push. The next tiebreak is conference record. We will end up 8 and 4 in the conference and the pack will end up at 7 and 5. We win the division and play the saints in the wild card. You heard it here first.
Thanks, can you also share the hooka pipe you are smoking from?

At the Vikings current rate of success, that means they are still in the running...

Fedup says "Did you notice whenever we have a Vikings loss another injury pops up for Favre?" I agree 100% He's trying to use an injury excuse for the loss. How pathetic. We need to get a new quarterback who can build with the team. Good bye Favre and please don't come back.
Chilly sucks...why Ziqqy gave him that contract extension is beyond me. what a JOKE!!!!
