The thing is Childress has security.Chuck Foreman said it best. The recievers need to step up..Either the ones we have or get.Cause the NFL stands for not for long..and if they dont they wont be here long.Unless youre Tarvaris Jackson.LOL

The Vikings could write the book on "How to not make it back to the Conference Championship the following year". They seem to make the most boneheaded moves in the year that there window of opportunity will close.

The personnel decisions have been the most troublesome from not getting a capable replacement for Chester Taylor to trading away your best back-up QB and one of your top special teams players. Of course not getting your top WR to take care of a hip problem earlier in the year also ranks up there as well. How about not addressing the weaknesses in the OL all off-season.

It will be a miracle if they can somehow overcome these issues and win in spite of themselves. I will still be cheering for the Vikes, but my expectations are a lot lower than they were last year.

Dont give up Gypsy.Ive said allot of things I probably shouldnt have because I was so ticked off we couldnt get one touchdown last week when we could have won the game. This year is gonna be good.Once we get in sync watch out.

The latest rumor that the Vikings are pursuing a VJ trade came after the initial report, so if it's true, they're still working on it.
Isn't Jackson suspended for like 6 weeks.

Jackson I heard is 3 to 6 weeks, yet to be decided. Favre looked like kinda like my grandpa once he got back in the pocket, could really move right or left, just back peddle. He also looked like he had the fear of God in him when a Dline man got a sniff. I sure hope he works out the kinks for this next game, as the next two are really msut wins, since that schedule on paper anyway gets a lot tougher after their break.
