anybody read yet that Seattle has housh is on the trade block? not a huge fan of the guy's attitude but he can absolutely produce in the right circumstances. think he is due to make 7mil this year, not sure what the rest of his contract is like. VJ is wanting upwards of 10mill on a longterm, housh could be a possiblility.
When Rice comes back, Harvin goes to the slot.

Can't see them wanting Houshmandingdong with Harvin and now Camarillo already playing the one spot Houshmandingaling has always covered...

Childress: Denver Game tonight..Play TJ First Half..Sage 2nd half..Find out who is doing what..Put Webb next to Favre, on the sideline..Let Favre tutor him on what the other two are doing wrong or doing correctly..Get rid of either TJ or Sage..Which ever one can't hack it...The season is HERE! Do Something, Childress!
Well, I am right 70% anyway.. lets see the 2nd half...

Jackson is useless. How's he doin tonight, Joke-lovers? 2/8 for 2 yards in half 1? That work for you, guys? Packer fans are REALLY pulling for Jackson to remain with us - and laughing REALLY hard in the process. No one ever said Sage was the ticket to a super bowl - but he's WAYYYYYYYY better than the Joke man and can manage a game. He doesn't have to run - he can actually *think*- and check down if necessary. To even compare the 2 advertises the sheer stupidity of Jokeson lovers. Jokeson runs better? So stinking what? The job of an NFL quarterback isn't to run, except as a last resort - it's Jokeson's first, any time the first read is covered. Wake up, partisan dopes. Judge him on his trade value and team interest in a cumulative sense - it has been ZERO, ok?

I've defended Jackson pretty hard before this preseason, but not because I think he's anything special. I just can't believe people watch Rosenfels and think he's much better.

At least Jackson has a CHANCE to get better. Rosenfels is just old.

What are you talking about?
He's on a one year deal for 1.1 million dollars. Far less than what Sage is getting.

Signing TJack was an unecessary waste of money. He has not shown anything to the team for a long time now. And he should make less than Rosenfels bc he's not as good.

Denver looked pretty doggone good, tonight..The only sad thing at this time, is knowing NBC is broadcasting the Vikings--Saints game Thursday..They drive me nuts with their sideline interviews while the game is in full swing on the field..Would have liked to have seen some others like Fox put them on...Can't have everything, I guess..Will be happy for the Viking Win..Will be a tough fight...

Signing T-Jack isn't going to COST them any money if he doesn't make the team, so get over it.

ALEX BOONE, a rookie from Ohio State last year & an offensive tackle for the 49er's this year looked great tonight playing the left and right tackle positions. He is down to about 310 pounds from 350 pounds last year and is much quicker on his feet and also much stronger this year after working out heavily all year. The 49er's drafted 2 offensive linemen in the first round this year and have a stockpile of them. Boone is the #5 tackle on the team and the 49er's are going to try to slip him thru to their practice squad. GRAB HIM OFF THEIR PRACTICE SQUAD. he would be an excellent backup for McKinney and Loadholt. Our #1 need right now is to shore up our offensive line so that Brett does NOT GET HURT. I think we should also trade T-Joke to Arizona or Oakland or ?whoever for an offensive center or guard. I hear that Arizona is shopping one of their guards. I think that would be great deal. Jackson has seen his last days here as a MN Viking. He is expendable!!!! Please do NOT put Joe Webb on the practice squad because he will be picked up immediately just like Tyler Thigpen was a couple years ago. I feel comfortable with Sage and Joe backing up Brett. But, if the offensive line does not protect Brett, we could be in BIG TROUBLE. Please keep a good blocking fullback and tight end to help protect Brett!!!!!!! THIS IS ESSENTIAL!!!!!!!!!! I do not see T. Jackson, Tahi, Mills, Payne, Johnson, & Rhys making the team on offense. On defense, we might have some hard decisions because of the special team play. Many of the best special teamers are linebackers and defensive backs. I think our Wide Receivers are going to be fine as long as we have Favre throwing to them. I think the last two additions (Camarillo & Walker) are going to be very helpful. Hopefully Peterson does not fumble this year and we go all the way..........

Hopefully, those sideline interviews will keep you from seeing the asskicking Favre's gonna get, so you won't worry, at least, like a true viking, he can go out on his sheald....it's the Pack's year anyway.......

I can't even type that without laughing at all the fans who say, "They have to keep Sage! What if Favre goes down?"
No Favre + no offensive line = no chance.
That is pretty funny!!

THE WAIT IS OVER!!

Sage has been traded to the NY Giants.

And again, I have the scoop before the Pionner Press.

What's up with that?
