"Just a right elbow" as if he's a left-handed QB. It wouldn't surprise me if Childress hadn't noticed that he's right handed.

I knew it! I told everyone it would be two games and he would be hurt, and we would have to go with T-Jack anyway! The Vikes are in huge trouble. No receivers either. Maybe we should just become a running team and forget the passing game, have a bum year, and then maybe Webb will be ready next year.

Let the games begin!!! What a soap opera in Viking Land again. Maybe Wilf should take this to HBO and make a reality show out of the Vikings.

It's called....I'm old and I should have retired long ago!! Duh. Guess he really should have "Warmed up" his muscles at training camp, instead of going back and forth on weather or not he should retire. Lazy old fart!!

Brett Favre is a whiny, pathetic excuse for a professional athlete. His egotistical and self-centered attitude is finally catching up to him. I knew it would only take 2-4 games for Favre to have a "mysterious" injury...and by "mysterious" I mean THAT HE IS FAKING IT because he is a sore loser. Stay in Mississippi old man...

The Vikings play too cautiously at the worst times. I need not bring up examples. For the last 15 years, they play great, get everyone's hopes up, and blow it at the last minute.

Some seasons were bad, but look at 98-99, look at last year, look at Tice's 2nd to last season. He was a great coach (as well as Green and Childress), but they fired him. No other team in the history of the NFL consistently plays stupid in the playoffs, but the Vikings do. It's like they want to lose. Brett Favre had a wide open run last year against the Saints and could have won, but he was so used to not running, that he didn't. A half blind 90 year old would have seen that opening and taken it...

"Might as well list it before he talks about it," Childress said

Sounds like Klink doesn't like Favre speaking about his injuries!

Should have left him in Mississippi?

Sure, maybe the whole team will call in sick. Hate to say it but I don't know many people interested in the Vikes since the Twins are dominating. The NFL should postpone football pre-season til September and baseball should shorten up their season.

You know I think the twincities.com should just delete all the out of state responses because we Minnesotans don't care what outsiders have to say. If your teams are that great, focus your attention on them. Quit trolling into our news stories.

What's with all the Debby Downers? It was just a few months ago that Favre was everyone's hero.... Where is the love? It's not entirely his fault, he has no one to throw to. It takes a while to get in sync with with the WRs, so it's going to take time. Both games were close and within reach of the win.
Oh ye of little faith...
Don't forget to watch Sunday as Brett scores his 500th career TD!!

Klink should have also been left in Mississippi or anyplace except Minnesota. And Bevel should have been left also. They had better start throwing to Camarillo, or call the season gone.

Yeah...except...

...three counties in WI are technically part of this media market.

Didn't think of that, did you now?

If the Vikes can't even convert the folks in their own market, how are they supposed to justify staying in this market?
