I thought we had some injuries. Eagles must have laid down some wood on Sunday.

Parker being out probably won't matter. Mendenhall is a bigger back so it may actually help them. Hampton being out is big and the DE. This could open up the run game more. Should expect to see a heavy load of running game for us this week.

Game time now. Hampton is a bigger loss than Parker, without Hampton get ready to see a steady dose of smash mouth football resulting in a Ravens win and 3-0.

Eagle- Steeler game was flat out a blood fest. Steelers never ran well against the Ravens so Parker's loss is minimal unless Mendenhall turns the ball over. This will be two slugfests in a row for the Steelers. It could effect them later in the year as well.

Big Ben was skittish on Sunday. The Steelers writers asked Tomlin about it and he said it will be a problem if it continues.

Obviously, Flacco starting his third game is a concern, though, but on the Steeler side of things, I have to say that the Ravens are catching the Steelers are a pretty good time right now.

I would have to agree with this post. Monday is a few days away so things may change, but I think Ben was hurting going into that game, so he must be hurting now.

I guess you've never been to a steeler game in pittsburgh. The fans will stay until the end.

I'd be skitting too if I was getting hit 4 steps into a 7 step drop. The Steelers' writers should ask Tomlin why he's trying to get his franchise QB killed.

Hampton is a much bigger loss, but not a deal breaker considering the Ravens offense. Flacco, in his first road game, on a Monday Night, against the Steeler defense? This ain't the Bengals or Browns folks.

Tomlin should take the loss and keep big ben out for a rest. To lose the game and your QB crippled isn't necessary. Big ben needs a rest to be able to play the rest of season. Two weeks in a row of getting your ass kicked is no good for any NFLer.

I don't care who the RB is, they weren't going to have a good game any way. I can't wait to see Little Ben Stats ...Everyone know that shoulder going to HURT more after the game.

Flacco has played brilliantly. He's a great young player. I know he's going to be a star.

We beat Pitt 21-10.

that place is bright piss yellow by the 3rd quater and it's not because of fans wearing the colors. This has happened over and over and over, so don't even try.

Pittsburgh has won 13 in a row at home on Monday night since 1991. That's an incredible stat and *it matters*-- look at the Eagles at home versus the Steelers since 1965, or the Steelers' utter ownership of the Browns. You're talking the first and second defenses in the league -- they might as well cancel each other out. Does anyone outside of Baltimore really think a rookie QB can go in there and win his first away game?

Home wins over two crappy teams and the crows are crowing already. Should be a fun game.

Do you honestly think it's all on Flacco to win the game for us?

Flacco won't really have to do anything special if we can establish a running attack. Hampton being out helps us big time.
