Favre offers age-old problem to Steelers

There are 14 comments on the Fox Sports story from Oct 23, 2009, titled Favre offers age-old problem to Steelers. In it, Fox Sports reports that:

Some wore his No. 4 jersey. Some are so young they can't remember him breaking into the NFL in 1991, when linebacker LaMarr Woodley was 6. Only one member of the Steelers defense was on the team the last time Favre played in Pittsburgh 11 years ago.

Ben is averaging 9.1 yds. per attempt which is a real high number, he does a lot of things out of the pocket so containing him will be critical. We may want to play ball control with them and keep possession time in our favor, look for us to run alot.

Not to mention all the calls they get, how about the phantom first down against the Browns last week, are you serious?

it really was a first down. some dude broke it down with photos but i can't remember the url. when you look at the white hash mark you see the perspective regarding the sideline and the camera angle. it looked real bad on tv but again it was the camera angle.

I agree Bob....I think I mentioned in the other discussion...
A buddy of mine who was at the game on my behalf said the nose of the ball was touching the stick straight one and on the video board it was straight on (very close) but it was good. the CBS view was at an angle and the announcers didn't seem to get that.

Your smack talk when the Vikings have never won a Super Bowl. Are you serious? 15-1 jokes.

BTW the Steelers combined 4 wins are vs. teams with a combined 4-19 record. We have more wins then all 4, see ya Sunday.

We are so impressed by your wins over teams with a combined win/loss record of 11-23.

Thanks for looking stupid. An embarrassment to the real Vikings fans.
