We need to get rid of that "dimn" flag and then we'll have a no loss season!

The Gamecocks are going to be an SEC powerhouse. It may not happen this year, but I have been a fan all my life, and have never been so excited at the progress our program is making. I thought once we lost Charlie Strong to FL we were doomed, but Tyrone Nix is a beast. GO COCKS!!

I am glad to see both schools in the top twenty, but come on Clemsons schedule is always soooo weak. The Gamecocks would cruise through that schedule.

Well, if you aren't that good, then maybe if your team spent more time practicing instead of getting into trouble, you would be that good...

Just can't let it go can you. You mean you did not have a good week last week. I guess the parole officers will keep you another week huh-to bad-I don't think you can get pay per view in jail.

You have got to be kidding! Gamecocks would have trouble playing against Irmo or Dutch Fork HH. They just had a fluke last game.

This article quotes Spurrier as saying (in response to Fowler's mis-quote) "I was talking about the entire teach." He said "team", not "teach." It's sadly ironic that LTX would mis-quote Spurrier's response to having been mis-quoted.

Clemson is in for the same self-delusion they suffered two years ago. They opened with a win over ranked (at the time) Texas A&M, so they decided they were on their way to a national championship. Turns out A&M sucked and was never ranked again. So did Clemson, and they didn't come close to an ACC division lead, much less ACC Championship, much less BCS, much less national title. They're thinking the same thing again now. Only problem is FSU sucks (6-6 last year, inlcuding a 30-0 home pasting by Wake???) and only two groups didn't know it: the preseason pollsters and Clemson fans. Even Bobby knew it.

This will be Tommy's last year because he will suffer the same fate as Red Shoes Amato-- he's hung on too long to that "but we beat FSU" tagline. At least Amato beat them several times when it actually meant something. Clemson did that once. Then lost to Kentucky.
